O M G !!! This blade is perfect. Same consistency as hand grated potatoes without the aching muscles and time consuming effort to make delicious potato latkes.

The only genuine potato “grater” out there.
This machine is wonderful. It grates potatoes and onions perfectly. And no bloody knuckles either. And did I say quickly. Worth every penny. I made German potato pancakes in a cast iron pan. 12 thumbs up!

Will never grate by hand again!
It work well, especially the smaller blade for potato latkas, but it's very messy because the spout is poorly designed and you end up with a messy counter. BUT much easier than doing it by hand and cleanup is fairly quick.
