My door is 2 inches from the floor. Will this product do the job of guiding the door?

This product is wall mounted. You need to pay attention to the distance from the bottom of the door panel to the carpet.

Will it work using the wheel and post on a standard 1 3/4" door? The picture says 1 5/8" but I can't believe a mfg wouldn't design it for a standard

The max clearance of that is 1 5/8". We suggest you choose another combination to fit 1 3/4"door. The max clearance differs from 1 5/8" to 3 1/2".
