Nexera 346031 Platform Bed Frame, Queen|Walnut

Currently sitting in pieces because it is missing a special screw that can't be found at any hardware store in my area, and their customer support number returns a BUSY SIGNAL when I call so I'm stuck with an unassembled bed frame taking up my entire room. All because they couldn't bother to count the parts in the package and don't answer their customer support line. Pathetic.Update: the cust. support did pick up after a few more tries.. they're sending the missing part but will take a few days at least.Update2: got the missing screw.. frame came together nicely and it's sturdy though a bit lower than I thought. I like it overall so I'll update to 4 stars.

The bed itself was nothing beyond the ordinary. I was expecting more of a floating effect but I digress all in all it's a decent product. On another note, I received one of the bed panels damaged. I informed the seller of the matter. It was during the Pandemic so although they had taken a bit of time they were able to send me one.

Fairly easy to put together, the wood looks nice, the only thing that isn't that great is the corners are extremly sharp like if you hit them you'll end up with some nice scratches or bruises, they give you these corner bumpers to put on but mine didn't stay on at all. That my only complaint about this frame. It seems to have held up just fine I have had it for a year now, it doesn't make any noise at all and it has had no issues

Great end result. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because two of the boards had cracks in them. I was luckily able to place them in ways that they wouldn't break more (because the boards were pretty flimsy and you had to be very careful). Other than that it's holding up nicely. We will see how it turns out when I move and if it's able to hold up through that transition or not. I'll edit post when that time comes.

Very sturdy once assembled. Some pieces were missing but was able to make it work.

This bed was easy to put together and is sturdier than I thought it would be. I put it together by myself in a little under an hour and only had one problem with my instructions book which had a mislabeled piece. Overall I would say that this bed is a good buy for the price and looks pretty awesome once assembled.Note: there is a about a 2.75 inch gap between the bottom edge of the bed and the floor.

Its simple enough to put together but so many pieces. I couldn't do it alone.

The bed frame was very easy to assemble. Not going to lie, when I was laying the support beams, I was skeptical because they seemed flimsy but they are holding up just fine the floating affect is awesome. So far everyone thats seen it loves it. Very happy with my purchase.

La livraison à bien été. C’est mon 2e lit identique de chez nexera. Dans l’ensemble très bien.Les lattes étaient très tordu. Bonne dxpérience dans l’ensemble.

Slides around a bit, so i wish the feet were more grippy but overall gorgeous, sturdy and true to picture.

The bed is of poor quality and the walnut finish is very cheap looking. I would definitely not recommend. Waste of my money.

The supporting slats under my mattress are already broken from sitting on the end of the bed a couple of times.
