I've been taking probiotics for years with great success. Due to the company's manufacturing issues, I tried this. This contains slippery elm herb and I've known for years that this herb does not dissolve well in water. Thus, leaving a weird after taste. I mix it with a shot of water to take it in one gulp. Chase it with more water. The best part is that the slippery elm is a powerful ingredient in regulating the bowels. My homeopathic doctor had recommended it to me years ago and had since forgotten about it. This just made things better!

I put one in my yogurt daily. After a week on continuous use, my tummy upsets are almost gone. I recommend this product & that you should use one stick daily. They mix in great with yogurt so far. Get some & feel better soon.

The idea behind these are they help your gut to specifically help you with being fit or weight loss. Can’t say that is accurate or that they really are making a difference that way. They seem like they are good quality and I plan to keep taking these for gut health. Weird texture to drink these in your water. Sort of grin and bare it. The box is expensive and only 20 servings so not even a month. Something psychological in the pricing versus servings and marketing.
