Looks great
This is a great product. It looks great and is very easy to put together and sturdy. I do wish the shelves were a little deeper so bath/beach towels fit better but we are making it work.

Shelves are in place and sturdy. I am enjoying using them.
These shelves are used to keep towels, hand towels, wash clothes and shower mats. Very attractive.

Gives needed storage
Looks good! Gives us the “hotel” look I was going for. Only slight issue is that one of the bars was bent out of shape so my tray doesn’t lay flat across the shelf.

Good Looking and Sturdy
Like this because its 2 shelves and you can hang hand and wash below. If you adhere it to the wall properly, it should last a lifetime. Plating and stay attractive.

Enough room for 8-10 towels
The media could not be loaded. Well designed for multiple towels.Easy to assemble and attractive.

Size is nice.
This is a really nice size. You can put 12 towels on it if you want. I have it in the guest bathroom and thought the girls can put make up and hair things on a tray and leave it on the bottom shelf.

Bad wall anchors
Wall anchors very cheap. would not hold the weight. Used my own. Otherwise a good unit.

A bit of a challenge to install correctly
This is a nice unit and is as advertised. It is hard to install so that it is both plumb and level. First I measured up from the floor to the bottom screw hole on one upright and screwed the upright to the wall. Then using a level to keep it plumb, I marked the other two screw holes and drilled those holes in the wall. I removed that upright from the wall and assemble the unit with the shelves and towel bar secured snugly but still movable.. Next I secured the upright with top & bottom screws to keep it plumb. Then I leveled the unit and marked screw holes for the other side upright. I then removed the unit from the wall and drilled holes for the second upright. Next I tightened the screws securing the shelves and towel bar to both uprights. Even with the screws tightened, there was still a little movement possible if needed. I again secured one side to the wall with top and bottom bolts, leveled the unit and secured the other side to the wall as well. Finally I completed the installation of all 6 upright support screws and installed the decorative caps.I do wish that the towel bar sides were about an inch or so longer so that there was more space between the bar and the wall to make it easier to hang the towels but it still works as it is.
