Great olive oil!
It is the second time I’m ordering this olive oil and it’s amazing! I love the fact that it is in a tin container. The smell in the collar are absolutely perfect. Will be ordering again! 🫒

Number one choice for Greek olive oil for me. The aroma and the flavor are incredible! The moment this oil hit a warm pan your senses come alive.

used to be better
When I first started getting this oil it was unfiltered, cloudy and delicious! It actually tasted like olives and had no bitterness whatsoever. I put it on a subscribe and save as I was addicted to it! Then all of a sudden it was unavailable for quite some time. I've tried other oils in the meantime, all bitter, none as good. But all of a sudden it was being delivered again. However, it is no longer the cloudy looking unfiltered version and seems to be quite clear and filtered now. It doesn't taste as good as it used to, although not really bitter like the other brands I've tried. Don't know what they changed or why. I am disappointed of this change.

I received this product
Ancient Foods Keros Greek Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Cold Pressed Olive Oil from Greece, High...I am pleased about the texture and the organic taste. I only use this oil for special cooking that only calls for small amount, like on eggs, pancakes, salad, dips, for toasted bread and use for replacement of butter when baking cakes and muffins. I also use it for topical lotion for skin. It moisturizes my dry skin. No allergic reaction from this olive oil. I like it a lot. Thank you for this good product.

A FLAVOR LIKE NO OTHER
I luv shopping online for ORGANIC EVOO that I cannot buy locally. This particular USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC EVOO is a product of Greece. It's cold-pressed, EARLY HARVEST & high in phenols. Not only does it provide a wide range of health benefits, it's a multi-tasker in the kitchen. We use it to cook, saute, bake, roast, braise, in salad dressings & to drizzle over food as a finishing touch. The flavor & aroma is buttery/peppery.Occasionally, I'll take a tablespoon 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It helps with G.I. issues.

'BEST BY 30-06-2023,' First Cold Pressed and Delicious!
Even though the EDAFOS bottle does not list the harvest date, Amazon legally states it as "...Harvest for 2021!"Also, not on the label is DIO-GR-BIO-01; therefore, is it certified organic? On November 27, 2020, Ancient Foods (seller) mentions, "Yes by DIO-GR-BIO-01 standards. Their standards are higher than the USDA Organic standards." See the Q&A on this page to view their reply. The Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) seal is definitely on the label. Very important. EDAFOS is from a PDO in Crete, Greece; it is an instrument "...created by the European Union to protect Geographical Indications within the European framework."While most California EVOO brands lack that necessary bitterness, EDAFOS certainly has a welcome, first kick. The taste is a tad richer than FRANKIES 457 because of the bitter instant bite; however, it is still on the lighter side. Nevertheless, it has a good but light balance of bitterness and spiciness (that hits the back of your throat).I am still searching for that much heavier but yummy oil. Look for my other olive oil reviews.

This product is dangerous. Concerned about using it.
The media could not be loaded. Was expired 2025 product and has distended exterior with possible botulism. Not usable. I want to return and money back.
