I fancy myself kind of an herbologist, I am really interested in natural cures for just about everything. Everybody is unique and has their own bodily issues that they need to attend to. My story is that I had really bad issues with my reproductive system and in January of this year, I finally got a hysterectomy. Most of my life I have been estrogen dominant and ignorant health care workers just try to throw a Band-Aid on it by prescribing you birth control, which has more hormones and really messes with your body. Also being estrogen dominant makes it almost impossible to lose weight. I have struggled with my weight my whole life, literally from childhood. And I've never been obese by any means, but I've definitely always been curvy and had some meat on my bones, sometimes more than other times. I had to just about starve myself and exercise 5 days a week to see the scale go down. I remember many nights going to bed starving, felt like my stomach was eating itself. It's kind of torturous honestly, and as I've gotten older I've learned to just embrace my 5-ft tall body at 140 lbs. But every woman knows that having a hysterectomy can come with weight gain, that was a huge concern of mine obviously. After my surgery, I had blood work done to check my levels of all my hormones, including thyroid. Of course they only tested TSH, you really need a more thorough panel done to get a bigger picture. My TSH was in the normal range, but I have every single symptom of hypothyroidism so after trying different herbs over the years to balance my hormones, none really giving me the results that I wanted, I decided to try this. Years ago at an appointment when I told my doctor how tired I was all the time, he felt my thyroid and said that it felt enlarged. But I had an ultrasound of it which looked normal. That stuck with me though, I'm not convinced that I don't actually have thyroid issues. So anyway, I figured it couldn't hurt to give this a try. I had put a couple pounds on after my hysterectomy and I've only been taking this supplement for a month, but it has helped me shed those pounds and get back to my starting weight. I have more energy than I did before, and that means I'm getting more done at work and around the house when I get home. And it doesn't feel like I drink 10 cups of coffee or I'm on speed lol, just feels like what I think my body is supposed to feel like, which at this point after being tired and sluggish for so many years, I am just super thankful to have any energy at all! So so far, the supplement is kind of a miracle for me personally. I'm going to keep taking it and I will revise my review in the future if needed. The one thing I will say is that I started with just one pill, and most of the time I do just the one. Sometimes if I have a long day ahead of me and I can space them out pretty far, I will take the two. But I think taking one is a good way to start so you don't overdo it. Believe the other reviewers when they tell you to take this with food! First of all, it tastes super nasty, I'm not sure why because none of the ingredients really forecast that, but trust me it does. But once it gets in your stomach it makes you feel super nauseous, it probably can cause vomiting for some people unless you take it with food. Even a couple spoonfuls of yogurt does it for me, it just can't be on an empty stomach. And if you are going to take the dose of two, space it out as far as you can. I don't like to take it at night because I'm not sure if it will affect my sleep so I take one at 7:00 a.m., and then another at 3:00 p.m.

This is one of the best thyroid pills I have yet taken works better than my perception stuff.

This works. Since I started taking it I have more energy and I'm so thankful I found it. I'm not in bed all day and that is huge for me. Fast shipping and I trust NOW products as I have been using them for years.

***Update 3+months in ***I am so happy I just went for it. This supplement has brought me to who I want to be. Great energy- great mood ( unless someone aggravates me haha) I am now 6 days a week in the gym. Do more than I ever dreamed of which is I actually RUN !!!! Not for my life but for being alive. Feeling great and the lbs disappear in a healthy non deprived way. All I can say to all of you : TRY IT !! WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOOSE? ( size large now - 14 )Here an honest not paid for, review. Have a seat and read it and you might just found a solution to your problem.I am a nearing 50 female always Jo-Jo'ed in weight since teenage years. My biggest size I have worn was 3x / plus size 24. My smallest I was a 12 and cutting out pretty much all the food but always tired no energy. Swollen feet -knees -acing bones all over. Last December I hit an all time low. Having no control over when full is full. In addition I started to be extremely depressed and the only fix was my bench eating of chocolates to make me happy for 10 minutes before passing out sleeping. Underfunction of the thyroid!!!So I thought ok it can't hurt if its a supplement ( boost ) .I did not write a review right away because I wanted to see if it has just a placebo effect or if it really works.So I am taking it for almost a month. 3rd day in of taken one in the morning and one in the evening, my energy level increased noticeably. When I woke up in the morning I was ready for the day. My pains seemed to disappear and I started to increase my activity however my hunger level was more frequent but wayyyy less than before.Overall my belly is shrinking very visibly and I signed up with the gym 8 weeks ago but went there only 3 times with aftermath pain before I took this supplement . Now I am going every other day.Yay I am back !!!!Btw my choices are healthy for 5 days and I do cheat 2 days, however even on my cheat days I am catching myself not wanting / craving any of the three terrible P's.I will update again in about 3-4 weeks.

Those are not for me. Although they seem to help me sleep better, they make me hungry to a point where I want to eat all day long. So I will stop taking them.

Wow I give these thyroid pills a 5 ,I was so bloated,my friends thought I was pregnant,and felt tired exhausted,depressed,but ever sense I been taking these thyroid pills ,all that went away ,I am no longer bloated.im so happy I bought these pills and will keep buying them ,now I’m waiting to see if it can help me lose weight, will see ,I’ll let u guys know what happens in a month ,another thing is the that what I really love about these pills is that I’m not bloated anymore and no sugar cravings,buy these there good ,u won’t regret it
