Had a Dynatrap DT1775 that lasted only 2 months until ballast failed. Dynatrap was great and replaced with a new, upgraded unit with an LED light. But now I had an almost brand new unit that I didn't want to just throw out. After a little research found this ballast. It is not a staright drop in replacement since it only has 5 wires to the Dynatraps 6 and the size is significantly smaller but the specs line up and are a bit better than Dynatraps original ballast. Replacement took about 30 minutes and based on another poster, I was able to use the new ballast's one yellow line to go into two blue Dynatrap lines (in their case it was 2 brown lines to one yellow). The other colors all matched up. Put it back together and ran a few tests and its working just like new.
