I have been taking these daily for a decade or more and I believe they help my mental clarity, focus, and memory. I am in a profession that demands fast-paced, collaborative, technical problem solving and juggling of numerous concurrent efforts. Since taking these regularly, I am able to stay focused and perform well. I hope to keep taking them the rest of my life. Nothing against the product, but Amazon needs to package this better: my last shipment arrived a mess because it was packed in a box that was too large, allowing the jar to bounce around and completely shatter during shipment, despite being wrapped in thin bubble wrap.
