Works well
I have some of the resistance bands with handles but decided to try this set as I had a coupon code in exchange for using the bands and writing my review of them. I like these bands much better. They are a lot easier to use and the different resistance levels are great. I've worked my way through them all. I like the yellow one for arms and keep it by the couch to use while watching TV. Nice exercises for legs included with the bands.

Great Tool in the Classroom!
I recently purchased these as a classroom tool for my students with attention problems. I am a special education teacher and always looking for tools to help my students be more successful in the classroom. A few of my students have been using these on the bottom of their chairs (stretched across the two front legs) to get their excess energy out and focus in. Not only have my students enjoyed these, but they have been using them responsibly and successfully. So I was more than glad I came across these loop bands
Weeks ago I went on an unsuccessful search looking for resistance bands at local retailers. So I was more than glad I came across these loop bands. I have been using the bands for the last 3 days now and must say, I'm really enjoying the convenience of them. I also like that as I build strength I can choose the next level of resistance or double the bands if needed. The package came with a list of exercise instructions. I wish that list included some upper body exercises as well, but overall these are a great home and portable exercise bands to have.I received this product at a discounted rate for my honest review.

Great bands!!!
The bands are loops, not straight bands, and short loops at that. But the function as intended. The ease of use is phenomenal, and the craftsmanship is terrific. The ability to customize your resistance level by combining bands makes the usable for all kinds of exercises and situations.
