you have to know enough information to unlock the phone to get any info with this thing and then it really doesnt do much unless you jailbreak the phone but if you have all that info already then why in the hell do you need this tool? Its a scam. Do your research like i should have

Well it half worked. It didn’t recover deleted text or deleted phone calls. So I was very disappointed

Didn’t work. Totally useless.

The folders were empty and no response from 3 emails since you can’t call. Weeks have gone by and no response. Can’t get a refund either. It’s flushing the money down the drain.

If you follow directions it gives you all data that it says. Not for hacking but great for investigating. Yes you can use it .to unlock phones,

Don’t waste your money like I did

Don't bother, this device did not work. I tried using 3 different computers (two MACs and a PC) and it did not work on any of them. The info I had deleted from my phone could not be recovered. Waste of time and money.
