Best Pre-Workout I have taken hands down. First off, the taste is amazing! It takes me straight to the beach every time and I really enjoy drinking this before I workout. The energy I get during my workouts is great too. I don’t feel the crazy jitters, but instead feel sustained energy and concentration helping me lift heavier weights and more reps! I have not experienced any crash either. The EAAs are an added bonus because I don’t have to buy a separate supplement to mix into my preworkout anymore because Fast Fuel has a full dose already! Hope they have launched more flavors... I bought the Jamaican Island Punch too and it was just as delicious!

I have used this on 3 occasions before my run and just love it. It's given me an edge and feel like I can keep on going. Took it after taking out a root canal and it was like I had never been to the dentist. I would 100% recommend and will buy more of it
