Great quality and flavor
This is excellent quality Ceylon cinnamon with a fresh, rich flavor. I use it almost every day in coffee, oatmeal, and baking, and it always tastes great. The powder is fine and blends well into recipes. I also like that it’s organic and pure Ceylon cinnamon. Great value for the amount you get, and I will definitely keep buying it.

This product is divine.
This cinnamon tastes so good in my coffee, a little cream and it's divine. I wasn't expecting it to be such a large amount. Shipped really fast! I'm baking apples right now with cinnamon sprinkled on top with brown sugar and walnuts, it smells so good in here.

mild flavor
This is my first time to try ceylon cinnamon. I knew before I ordered it that ceylon cinnamon was not as flavorful as other types. After trying it I found it to be very mild in flavor so I will have to adjust the amount used. I chose this kind for the health benefits and will continue to use it.

Ceylon cinnamon
It is ceylon cinnamon. It has a little different flavor than the cinnamon from the store. I use it because it is healthy. It will not dissolve in hot tea, but the flavor is good. I like it with a little honey. Be careful with adding honey. Can't be very hot or it will not provide any health benefits.
