Pure Mountain Botanicals St. John's Wort Capsules with 450mg Formula of Organic Herb and St John's Wort Extract Supplement

I love that this is a natural herb to deal with my chronic depression. I had been taking an antidepressant, but knew I couldn’t live with the side effects for life. I started taking this ad I weaned off of the med, and I believe it’s helped lessen the withdrawal symptoms. I’m also appreciative that their product doesn’t not contain any fillers. They were fast in shipping, and very personable (I received an email directly from the company to let them if I had any questions and also a thank you note in the box). I will be continuing to purchase this brand as the brand I tried from the store didn’t work as well.

Excellent quality, glass bottle & top of line ingredients. This St. John’s wort has helped me want to get up & do stuff. Husband of 55 years passed away & I’ve had a hard time getting motivated to keep up with daily tasks. This did the trick. I have more desire to do stuff and happier. I tale this along with SAM E & it has changed my energy & attitude. I’m 73, have 3 dogs, 2 cats, snow to shovel & keep up with friends & family. Now I can.

I've taken St. John's Wort before during a difficult emotional time, it helped then. Have reached another trying time, don't want to use antidepressants, so decided to try the St. John's Wort again. This one looked the best and the purest when I was researching brands. I've just begun my 2nd bottle, and in the past week have finally realized that the heavy weight has lifted. That's the only criteria I have for judging the efficacy of this product, and it is what I was hoping would occur. I started with 2/day, currently am taking 3/day; 2 in the morning, another in the late afternoon, not too close to bedtime, as it did seem to interfere with my sleep. I am pleased and shall continue to use this until my situation eases and I can try to do without.

I've been on pharmaceuticals for years, and was finally ready to get off of them. I started taking one pill a day when tapering off Lexapro, and after a few weeks I started taking two a day. I am now completely off all of my meds, and I feel great! These are definitely very helpful to me and I do not feel depressed at all. I was hoping they helped with anxiety as well, but I have not found that to be the case. I'm very pleased with these and would highly recommend to anybody who suffers from depression.

Excellent product. I am taking Hypericum for quite a long time (and in general - if I need medication- I take herbs; I have education and degree in herbal medicine). I can compare and tell - this brand provides very good quality. Even such small details and signs like smell of herb itself, if you’re familiar, will immediately show the difference. It’s hard for me to evaluate the difference in efficacy- cause my symptoms fluctuate from level of stress, work schedule/long hours, food choices “mistakes”, etc. All I can say - this product works very well and I will stick with it.
