Very good grow light

The Spider Farmer SF1000D 2Pack has significantly boosted my indoor garden's performance. My plants have thrived under these lights, receiving more compliments than ever before. After previous disappointments with other brands, I am happy to have found a reliable and effective solution. However, a major drawback is the substantial heat output. This necessitates additional cooling measures, such as running an indoor AC unit specifically for the grow room. While the lights themselves are energy-efficient, the added cooling costs can offset some of the savings. Once funds allow, I am eager to upgrade to Spider Farmer's higher-end models, which promise lower heat emission. I will be sure to share a follow-up review once I am able to make the switch. Overall, the SF1000D 2Pack is a powerful light that can deliver impressive results. But potential buyers should be aware of the heat issue and plan accordingly. Very good quality. I was impressed with the weight of the box before I opened it. This is very solid construction and good features. I don't daisy chain them or use apps if it has one. I just need good light and this is easily adjustable. Comes with a nice little string pulley to adjust height. I expect to use these for years.

Easy, works great, doesn't get too hot, good price, and comes with hardware to hang it. It is height adjustable and simple to set up.

** update: Added two new photos that show this light is full spectrum and support flowering (orchid) and fruiting (strawberries). I have been rehabbing orchid plants, and use this light since my home has poor natural lighting. The orchids pictured have rebounded and are very healthy now! This light has helped provide the majority of the full light spectrum my indoor plants need. I bought it mainly for the strawberry plants I rescued from my backyard and so far it has really helped with new growth. I plan to keep all my strawberry plants indoors now. Excited to see how it fairs in providing for flowering and fruiting some time down the road. It’s very bright (actually makes nice lighting for nearby selfies as well 😜), no dimmer, but that doesn’t bother me. I set it up with an automatic timer. It puts out a fair amount of warmth, but it isn’t hot. The little plants/ seedlings directly under aren’t getting burnt so that’s good. The unit is much smaller than I anticipated for “3x3”. I expected it to measure up that big but turns out that it’s more the coverage it provides. Might buy another one to help supplement more light for my potted plants that will need to come indoors when it freezes.

Didn’t realize the SF 1,000D was so much different from SF 1000. Don’t buy the “D” it ironically does not come with a dimmer or a switch to turn it on at all. It also can not be daisy chained to other SF lights. So spend the extra ten bucks if you want those features. Sad for not making me realize the value of the SF 1000. But this light totally works as a basic starter light doing what it needs to do. Instead of dimming you just raise it or lower it closer to the plant. Easy to set up. Doesn’t throw off much heat at all. Straight forward design. You plug it in and it turns on.

This is my first large grow light. It is very bright. I have already noticed the difference in growth compared to my previous grow lights. Very good quality. I would reccomend installing it with someone though.

Estas luces me han resultado muy eficientes y muy buenas en lo que respecta a su funcionamiento, sin embargo para poder controlar la intensidad lumínica tienes que alejar el dispositivo. sé que esto está claramente escrito en la publicidad solo en el momento de comprarla No leí correctamente. El driver no es Honeywell, veamos cuánto dura.
