As described no defects very happy with my purchase

does not have the options that was on my phone. Can not retrive delete messages, don't need call balances, call reboost, care services, nor do I have QR code option. the phone is slow and it hesitates, whe n I'm in the middle of somthing. So many other options. too many to mention. I sent a messages a few weeks ago,to see if the seller could help with this matter..Would like another phone that would be replace with a another,like a phone similar to one that I had. Don't know where or how the seller received or got this phone. went to Verizon their is nothing they can do to chance or fix my issues. Please is there any thing that you can do to help with this matter. Hope that you can help me. Haven't heard the seller on this matter. I would like if the could responded to this text. Been to Verizon they can not fix the problems that I'm having. is their anyone that can help with this matter. Never received a responds from you. Try dealing with all the problmes just want to throw the phone again the wall. May I ask how are your going to solve this matter. Came working just fine!

This is my second a10e from amazon renew. I happen to like the model and the size although the android version only seems to get up to 11. On the first one they included a nice 1 page setup paper and one of those sim release keys. This one I did not get either. I can live without either but it would have been nice.

El Samsung Galaxy A10e es un teléfono económico ideal para uso diario. Es compacto, fácil de usar y perfecto para llamadas, redes sociales y aplicaciones básicas. Su batería rinde bien para el día y su diseño es cómodo en la mano. Como punto negativo, puede volverse algo lento con muchas aplicaciones abiertas y la cámara es básica, especialmente de noche. Wonderful item

Por el precio no me quejo mucho, vino únicamente con un cargador original. El celular es bueno para un uso muy tranquilo, ya que intentar jugar un juego o hacer algo que no sea usar redes sociales, hace que se vuelva muy lento, se atore e incluso llegue a crashear, es bueno para una emergencia pero no para un celular que se necesite para mucho uso constante. La pila le dura aproximadamente 13 horas considerando un uso moderado.
