Floor cleaner works well on hardwood floors. Assembly was easy. Big problem installing large bottle of cleaner. Instructions tell you to insert the bottle directly into the chamber. There is no way that large bottle can go into the chamber. After a lot of trying and a lot of swearing, I opened the large bottle of cleaner and filled a smaller bottle that have. I filled the small bottle and easily put it into the chamber where it fit perfectly. Then, cleaned my hardwood floor with ease and perfection.

I should have bought this long ago! My floors are mostly hardwood and tile. This Swiffer is perfect for keeping them looking their best without a lot of strenuous work! It’s light weight and works very well! Easy to assemble and use. Highly recommend!

This is only the second Swiffer mop I have owned! The first I purchased when I moved into my home in 2009, so that is a testament to the original quality of this product! This new unit is smaller in the handle length and not as wide in that circumference. There is only one clip area inserting into the bottom handle where the older model had two, making it about an inch longer for the older model than the one inch for new one. I like the manner in which it sprays - it is closer to the mop - spraying starting at 4 inches to 10 inches for a 6 inch spread forward and pools into 8 inches across. The original mop sprayed a good foot out and a little wider than that so it was very difficult to get into smaller spaces that maybe needed some cleaning fluid but you knew better than to soak the wall. New model only uses 2 'AA' batteries which is good, it will be interesting to see how long they last with less power of the original 4. This particular mop came with a small container of starter cleaner, the batteries, a 10 pack of mop cloths as well as 2 or 4 more that would originally come with a purchase. As the old one it gets into all the nooks and under what I need I only have one complaint - the handle is not as heavy duty, and it is shorter by almost 10 inches if not a foot so I have to also get into these small areas or closer to the floor to get under things. The bottle of cleaner is heavy and so makes the smaller unit difficult to hang on to because the handle is also much smaller and you really have to hold it in order to control it. The button for the cleaner is right there at the handle and yes you want to be able to dispense as you go, but normally I stop and aim first so the button being at the turn edge of the handle was not a big deal on the older one because literally it was farther away on the big handle. Now it is right there and constantly trying to get a good grip on the unit I continually hit the sprayer button. Now my items on the pantry floor are wet with cleaner - bottles of water and so forth. Of course now I will have to live with that but honestly - I can run my heavy vacuum with less issues than trying to hold on to this flimsy handle and neck. It was enough that it will make me think twice about wanting to just 'clean real quick' that won't be an option. Thus the four stars.

It works well, but make sure you store it upside down otherwise the soap will run out of it.

Next best thing to scrubbing on hands and knees! I’ve tried them all but this is the best - thoroughly cleans with its swivel head and solution.

Perfect to clean tiles

Liked this mop but the spray stopped working after just a few months. I bought a cheaper imitation with a liquid container you can just fill from the tap and it's holding up really well.
