Good quality and great value for money. Unfortunately, I had to return it because I ordered the wrong size, and the larger option wouldn’t fit my mattress. I would definitely purchase it again if the measurements were suitable. The return process was quick and hassle‑free.

Works well , good quality

Soft fabric. Zip is reasonable quality. Worth saying that it is a proper pain to get on a king size mattress but that is to be expected for an encasement cover so wouldn't deduct a star for that. I couldn't do it on my own and I am a fit agile person. Bought yo protect the mattress from dust etc so can't comment on waterproof qualities. Fits well - once it's on. Fast delivery.

I was a little skeptical about ordering this because of the bad reviews . To be honest it was in very good condition , clean , the quality was good It runs a little big on my mattres but that’s not a problem I use fitted sheet on top of it so don’t have any issue with it staying in place

I didn't have bed bugs but bought this as anti allergy mattress cover, it seems to be good, would ideally have 2 people to put it on, as its a bit tricky for one person on your own.

It's a good product, however it didn't indicate one side of mattress cover comes with a long mesh... I am not sure that can actually block bedbug completely.. Maybe it can block adult bug, but not sure about nymph.
