Wow, this type of b1 works great! And it has no bitter taste. Its like b1 from dr Berg but better because it has no B9 in it which lots of people are sensitive to. Very powerful product. Recommend!

Product is comparable to Allithiamine from Ecological Formulas, but without garlic aftertaste and at competitive price. Well worth the money.

This product contains absolutely NO allithiamine. I have bought a couple of other brands of allithiamine/TTFD and all have had a VERY garlic/sulfur taste as it is derived from garlic. That is allithiamine/TTFD's trademark. When I opened this capsule and took a tiny taste there was no taste at all. That tells me it contains ZERO allithiamine. It is a fraudulent product.

Product does NOT contain allithiamine. It is just dark powder when I opened the capsule. Allithiamine is bitter and has an odor. I assume the dark powder is flax seed powder as on the label, but who knows since it doesn’t contain the allithiamine either. I definitely would not take it if you have allergies. Just don’t buy it at all from amazon. You’ll have to go to a direct, reputable website to get the allithiamine apparently.

I ordered this supplement about a week ago. I’ve only used it 2 days so far. I think this is already changing my life for the better. I’ll return to make periodic updates. So far, I’m happy and already considering purchasing again.
