Great stuff! A few tips for new users...
I am somewhat new to this and I bought Siser vinyl along with a couple other brands all at the same time a while ago to see what the difference was. Well I can say now, after spending a whole lot of time with vinyl, is that Siser is awesome! I do strongly recommend if you are new to this that you go on YouTube and go to the SiserAmerica page. They have great instructional videos on how to use there brand, because every type of HTV is different and has its own application instructions. I use HTV (vinyl) with an iron for craft projects at home, and it works great. I set my iron to "cotton" (make sure there's no water in the steam chamber), that's approx. 320 degrees which is right for most of my projects. Anything cotton or Poli-Cotton. I also use parchment paper rather than a teflon sheet, because A, its cheaper, and B, I tried a teflon sheet and you cant see through them to know where your pieces are. I cut my vinyl on a Cricut with the preset dials and it cuts through perfectly. And it does indeed weed like a breeze BTW! Siser recommends ironing on a hard surface, so I put a large cutting board down on top of my ironing board first. I make sure to "preheat" the spot I want my vinyl, and hold the iron in one place at a time with strong, steady pressure rather than ironing back and forth. It peels hot or cold, and its forgiving. I look over my projects closely and if any corners or edges aren't down well, I just give them another press. Ive yet to have a piece come apart in the wash, and I make kids clothes and dish towels, so they get washed!! Lastly, these bundles are nice because you get a starter set of colors and its much more affordable than going out and buying them individually. On average, you can get HTV for about $4.00 a sheet (12" x 15") if you buy at least 3 at a time. This bundle is 12 sheets for $28, about $2.25 each. Was my review helpful to you?

Happy as a beginner using HTV
This is my first time using HTV and I love it. Using internet as my guide, I had no problem cutting this vinyl with Silhouette Cameo. Weeding was not too bad either. I used the Silhouette pick tool. Since I don't have a heat press I used an iron on low to mid setting and a piece of parchment paper between the iron and the HTV. I multi-layered my design and the only problem I had is when my top layers backing plastic was touching the bottom vinyl layer. It created an uneven texture on the final product. This was due to the user error, not the product. I tried to avoid that by cutting through the vinyl and the plastic backing sheet so it would not be en issue, but I couldn't get the Silhouette blade settings right to cut through the thickness and I was impatient. The final product was a toddler thermal shirt with a cute valentine's robot (by Miss Kate Cuttables) holding a heart balloon (also Miss Kate Cuttables). I have washed the shirt inside out the first time with no problems to the design. I used gentle wash cycle with cold water and low heat dry (I wash all my kid's clothes on those settings). Second time I washed it I didn't even bother turning the shirt inside out. Still no problem. The only thing i noticed is the shirt puckering up a little from shrinking. Even though I pre-washed the shirt before making the design, it still wasn't 100% preshrunk - again, user error. In summary, great product. I only wish the vendor sold more of those multi-packs with different colors. I really don't plan on making enough designs to justify buying multiple large rolls at a time. UPDATE 03-15-2016: I am still thrilled with the product. Last night I used gold sheet on my knit tee. I wanted to update that I had to use much hotter iron settings this time - all the way on cotton/steam setting (i made sure the iron had no water and was 100% dry). My advice - try a small sample on a separate fabric to get the heat setting right. Also, this HTV does not stretch with fabric, so if you are using a very stretchy knit fabric you might get some puckering up.

Comparable to name-brand - great value!
Purchased this heat transfer vinyl pack to make various clothing items for friends/family. I have previously purchased different brands of heat transfer vinyl from local craft stores (Silhouette and Cricut brands) which are much pricier. I would say this product is equivalent to those and a much better value. The product was packaged well and came without creases/bends/etc. The product fed well into my Cameo Silhouette and cut smoothly. I used a standard iron for transfer and the end-result was excellent. Great variety of bright colors! I will definitely buy this again as I need to restock.

Great product....Easy weeding and cutting!!
I purchased a heat press for my wife for Christmas...it works great, but I needed to order heat transfer vinyl to go with it. I was a little scared of getting a poor product, (as we have ran into with the past on regular vinyl), but I purchased this based on the reviews. We could not be happier. I just made 10 t-shirts...all with different colors and designs without a single issue. These are quality Heat Transfer Vinyl sheets. I cut out the designs using our Cameo Sihouette and they "weeded" perfectly. (Settings of Speed 7, Thickness 5 and Blade at 2). Would recommend these!!

Good quality vinyl, would not recommend using irons to apply this
I use this in conjunction with a heat press and my Cricut Explore, and have been very pleased with the results. I tried using an iron at first (which is what this was made for), but the results were not good at all. I watched the tutorials and made sure the temperature settings were in range of what they recommend and made sure to put TONS of pressure, covering up every inch for 10-15 seconds. I've had the parts vinyl melt from using an iron, even though it wasn't sticking properly. I made myself a shirt that I loved, and after a few hours of wearing (no wash), the vinyl was peeling off. This, in conjunction with the high prices, is why I took of one star. With a heat press, the results are perfect everytime. I haven't worked with other brands so I don't know how much easier this weeds compared to other brands, but it is very easy to weed this. So far, I've thrown shirts that I've made on this into the washing machine (WITHOUT turning it inside out because I wanted to see how it would hold up) 3 or 4 times with no signs of any peeling or color fade. I've even washed a shirt using the sanitize mode and haven't noticed any damage, although I probably reduced the longevity of the shirt by doing that. I also throw the vinyl shirts into the dryer with all my other shirts and it's been fine. With the iron-on vinyl shirts, they would come out extremely wrinkly and peely after just one wash. I have since used the power press on those iron on shirts and the vinyl seemed to have been repaired from that and is now no longer wrinkly and peely even after a few washes. P.S. The gold and vegas gold look really bad on the sheets but I can assure you they look fantastic on the shirt, like something you would buy at the store.

Great Product With A Blade Adjustment & Sticky Mat
I have ordered this a few times now. I have had no weeding or adhering problems. My difficulties involved blade cutting setting and sticking to my mat. With my 2nd order, I received thicker vinyl. I ran it through my Silhouette, but it did not cut all the way. I played around with my blade settings until I found the right number. I saved this setting for future cutting with the thicker vinyl. I suggest: do some small cut tests before attempting to cut your product. By the way, since making this purchase, I discovered that some bulk Siser HTVs are thicker unlike the packaged rolls that can be purchased. Regarding sticking to the mat, the thicker vinyl did not stick to my old mat. I purchased a new mat and it sticks perfectly. I keep the old mat for cardstock and use the new one for vinyl. Bottom line, at around $25, I will continue to purchase this.

Great vinyl!
Love this vinyl! It's the first heat transfer vinyl I've ever worked with, but compared to regular vinyl I've used for other projects - hands down, THE BEST. "Easy weed" is no understatement. This is by far the easiest vinyl to work with. I made several monogram items using the typical monogram font- all the curls / curves / tiny pieces to weed out.... no problem. No tearing... no stretching... just easy to weed and apply. I used an iron for application and everything has held up great after several washings- although I admit I wash them inside out, just in case. I'll definitely purchase more of this vinyl for future projects for both heat transfer or regular... great stuff!

Spoiled by Siser
I tried the cheaper off brand heat transfer vinyl bundles here on Amazon and I can honestly say don't bother. Siser is where it's at! The other stuff melted and crinkled and ruined a shirt even though I followed directions and I've never had the issue with Siser! I mean literally you can see the difference between Siser and other brands just by flipping them over and looking at the back. Other brands look like white plastic with paint on the front, but Siser (most of them) the color is clear all the way through. You know it isn't going to scratch off when rubbed or washed. THIS is the set you want if you want to dabble with color. While it didn't have all of the colors I wanted (like purple) it had a great variety and some I surprised myself by needing. I could do without the neons, but that's just my taste. It really is a wonderful bundle!
