Pocket Physio Rocket Advanced Muscle Trigger, Deep Tissue Massager for Targeted Pressure, Pain Relieving Massager for Stiff Shoulder, Back, Hips and Legs

I was using a small toilet plunger handle to hit the sore spot on my back so I could pop it and get some relief but this thing does a way better job. It looks strange and you probably wouldn’t want it displayed on say a mantel but holy cow does it pop my back like I’ve never had. If it was maybe a half inch longer I think it would be flawless, to fit my back curve, but I haven’t found anything like it on the market as far as the current length. I wish I found this before spending money on about 10 other “back” tools. So much relief like none other.

Too long for muscle such as thighs, gluts, iliopsoas, back, shoulders, or anywhere on the surface muscles which I believe it what is for. Look at their pictures/videos. The rest would only fit into a cavity…They’re product are really very good but I wish this one would have an option to be shorter. Just like they’re lockeroom pyramid, it’s one of my favorite tools and I have bought it for my clients and recommend it to them as well.I just can see me giving this one to anyone with a true explanation of why it looks like a fallon. Not easy to use because it’s too long! Cut 3” off and it surely would be a great toolI would love an explanation from they’re QC.This is the reason for a 2 Star…

Sometimes balls and rollers don't get the job done. I've found several uses for this tool. Great for the psoas - i probably will never use my PsoRite again. On a bench, hinging forward, resting it on one leg I can get right on the subscapularis. Also great for glutes and hips. Lockerroom makes great products. One of my favorites manufacturers.

This thing is awesome.It reaches deep areas. Product is hefty and made to last. Works where any size ball cannot

Despite the fact that my wife laughs at me every time she sees me using this thing, it is an amazing tool for trigger point release. It is great for hips, glutes, abdomen, etc...but for me it is ideal for the pectoral muscles. No self massage tool that I have ever used can compare with this thing when it comes to the pecs. I'm glad that I made the purchase...and I will get a lot of use out of this thing. Thanks!

I had the pocket physio max but lost it, I don’t see that product sold on amazon UK anymore so I purchased this pocket physio rocket instead and I am very happy I did. For a long time I have suffered with server tightness around my glute/ hip flexor area and this hits the spot EVERY TIME. Yes it is painful but you will experience large releases if you can bare the pain.Highly recommended to anyone who has tight muscles in the body which are hard to reach.Thank you lockroom :)
