I like knowing that this vitamin is from GNC. I trust that their products are excellent quality. I find the tablets are somewhat hard to swallow because of their size and they are not coated. I would try to purchase a gel vitamin when I am ready to reorder. The price was very reasonable.

Tablet is too big!
As others have said, the tablet is too big to swallow. I have only taken this for two days but both times it has gotten stuck in my throat. Other then that I’m not sure if it works yet.
