Have a nice smell to them vanilla, easy to take , i always take mine with food, no side effects just give you good energy and make you feel good. Been taking them for just over a month now and i find them worth buying.

you get enough to last you a year,these tablets have to me a distinct pleasant taste to them that Ihave not come across before in other b complex tablets,however it may not be to everyones taste but I like it.
