KeySmart - Compact Key Holder

The construction quality is great, but there is NO WAY this thing will hold 8 keys. Just not possible. I was barely able to get 5 to fit (4 house keys and the included metal loop for a car key), and 6 would be a stretch. In order to make this actually hold any more than 6 keys and work, you'll have to buy extensions from KeySmart.I'm not sure if this is because my particular model was distributed by Galactic, but regardless, it's ridiculous to think you could fit 8 keys in here.The construction quality is good, and the O-rings seem to make sure the screws stay tight. But I'm very disappointed overall.

This KeySmart is a clever idea. I carry 4 keys in it, ranging from a small mailbox key to a large key that opens the front door of my condo complex, and it keeps them all very streamlined and easy to store in pockets without the fear of sharp edges or awkward bulges.The main gripe I have with this is that once the keys are set in place with the screws, the screws can come lose over time as the keys are repeatedly pulled in and out. Routine re-tightening is required to keep the keeps in place.

I love the KeySmart and it's saving my skin. The skin of my thigh has a numb/tingly/painful patch from constant scratching and poking by keys. After just using the KeySmart for a week or so, the feeling is returning and I'm no longer getting shooting pains. Plus I can fit my wallet in my pocket too.A couple of tips: My kit came with one set of extension pins and with the extensions on it I got five keys, a flash drive, and the loop. I later got a second set of extensions and now fit seven keys, the flash drive, and the loop. This includes a bike lock key with a thick plastic handle on it. I ground down the handle of the bike lock key with a Dremel to be flat and even, at 4mm thick (about 1.5x thicker than a standard key). Flattening it makes it swivel well and fit in with the other keys.BIG TIP: I can't emphasize this enough: GET LOCTITE BLUE. The Blue version of Loctite is removable (feels like it gums up the threads but is removable) and will keep your keys from loosening up. Using Loctite, you can set the tension exactly where you want it so the keys won't flop around but you won't have to break a nail folding them out to use.Don't get any Loctite on the fiber washers and especially not on the rubber grommets on the screws. What I did was use a toothpick and spread a little of the solution inside the receptacle end of each post. Then I screwed the posts together and wiped off the excess that squeezes out the joint. When you do the final application for the top screws, use it sparingly so it won't ooze out when you tighten it and damage the grommets. The grommets will help tension the final screws.Loctite Blue 242 Threadlocker 6-Milliliter Tube (209728)BTW, if you're going to use a flash drive, get Kensington branded ones on Amazon, not the KeySmart branded ones. They're the same ones as KeySmart distributes, but 1/2 to 1/3 the cost.

I love this product. Holds the keys in a very neat and organized way. It did take several attempts to get the keys just right even thought the first attempt was fine. I just had to look to where the keys stuck out the least.

Stops keys from tapping against the steering column. Compact storage.

Hated putting it together but once it was over I appreciated the sleekness. I have five keys on it and I don't know how I would've been able to get more on although it is marketed to hold more. In any case, it's useful to be able to put in a small pocket and tuck away when working out/walking whatever.

I really like the idea of this but it's extremely difficult to get more than 4 keys in. It doesn't seem right that it is advertised to hold up to 8 keys because without an extension there is NO way to get more than 4 keys in unless I go and have all of my keys remade with slimmer metals.

Bought this for my husband and he loves it. Definitely worth the value. He can get 4 keys total on it though would recommend it.

Pros - Great way to save on space for those chunkey keys.Cons - very fiddly and loosens very quickly that I am constantly tightening the nuts.

Slightly disappointed, says it will hold 8 keys the most I could get on Is 4 as the screws seen too shirt.

Me parece una extremedamente ingeniosa innovación para llevar llaves que tiene un grave defecto: No indicar de manera clara cómo se monta el llavero, insertando una arandela entre cada una de las llaves y las partes superior e inferior o es meramente inútil, aunque no lo indiquen. El precio es excesivo, aunque supongo que acabará bajando, porque más simple no puede ser.All in all, es una buena forma de llevar las llaves, no muchas, recogidas en un bloque.Cuenten dos arandelas por llave, es el secreto para que sea realmente útil.

Très bon porte-clef. Simple a utiliser. La notice est explicite.Attention cependant, ne convient pas aux clefs avec une forme trop atypique.Le produit est bien noir, malgré la photo d'illustration.Pour l'instant je suis satisfait.

mes clés ne se tordent plus dans mes poches et mon trousseau est en permanence rangés et je ne les cherche plus !!

Article très pratique.Mode d'emploi en anglais uniquement. Mais des tutoriels sont disponibles sur internet.Envoi super rapide en premium.Je le trouve un peu cher à l'achat.Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas beaucoup le choix en coloris.

Super produit et très utile, je le recommande, a force de percer toutes les poches de mes pantalons cela dérange et même cela fait du bruit mais depuis que j ai trouve le porte clé Keysmart et que je le fait suivre partout plus de soucis.

Après plusieurs essais pour trouver le meilleur empilage de clefs, je suis ravi de cet organiseur.Je n'ai pu mettre que 3 clefs en les chevauchant comme elles sont grandes.Les vis ne se desserrent pas à l'usage grâce aux joints.

Perfect ! Hyper pratique et ne troue plus les poches. Le pendant du couteau suisse enfin devoilé. Il ne manquait plus que lui.

Je suis très content de ce petit gadget qui est maintenant indispensable !Mes clés se rangent comme un couteau Suisse, Plus de trou dans les poches.L'ensemble est de bonne qualité et semble conçu pour durer dans le temps. Vérifier juste de temps en temps que les vis sont toujours bien serrées.Mes clés sont toutes de la même couleur ce qui peut gêner pour les identifier, mais bon je me suis repérer à l'ordre.

Je viens de l'avoir il me paraît bien,petit et léger ce que je rechercher mais jute un bémol pas pour le passage de toutes mes clés

Pas top , jolie promesse du port clé au final nul, les clés ne rentre pas, pas plus de deux clés a ne pas acheter très déçus
