How much vitamin a and vitamin d in each capsule?

Is the vitamin naturally occuring or added. This question has been asked doesn't seem to have been answered.

Although Cod liver oil naturally contains vitamin A&D the Vitamins in the product are added The Reason for this is that in the purification process of the crude cod liver oil - to remove unwanted environmental pollutants and components that will give unpleasant smell or taste – also the levels of Vitamin A&D are affected. The natural occurrence would also vary based on time of year/seasonality and locations the catch takes place so would not be able to be accurately labelled as a precise dose. Therefore extra vitamin A&D are added to the Cod liver oil after the purification process to bring the total levels up to a specific define dose.

Does any solvents, pesticides, maltodextrin, or plasticizers have been added to this supplement. Does any synthetic vitamins or starches are added?

Excellent product

Excellent quality. Very fresh as evidenced by absolutely no odour, fishy taste or after burps. This is important as rancid fish oil is really harmful to your health. I've previously wasted money on "rancid" fish oil from supermarkets, boots the chemist (expensive seven seas brand) and Holland & Barrett health food stores which got thrown in the bin. I store these in the fridge during summer and take it for general good health and mood. But unexpectedly, I definitely noticed increased memory and concentration after about a month of taking these (two with my evening meal) which is a bonus as I am currently doing a study course, so guess it's true that fish oil improves brain function (not just an old wives tale). Will definitely reorder these.

Don't order from Healthspan

Does a good job, I think. Order via Amazon, not direct from Healthspan. Healthspan totally bombard you with spam especially around New Year. Drives me nuts.

Seriously they are awesome. I take them when I'm feeling like I'm going to get sick 😷 And when I remember and take them everyday as vitamins I do feel stronger, with more energy. I have a narrow throat but they don't get stuck or anything (they are big). The package is kind of fancy haha
