This is such a great work out. It’s a bit loud and you must step the pedal to the bottom bar or it won’t be able to count how many floors you’ve climbed. Don’t lean backwards cuz it will lean with you. This machine gives you no choice but to flex your abs, your butt, your thighs, your biceps, and your lower back ALL at once. My baby sat in the high chair and watched me struggle hahaha. But yes, love it. My 10 yr old son who is 55lbs can actually climb on it. It fits nicely in my kitchen classroom (thanks covid), making it the kitchen, classroom gym area. For $180 I’m pretty impressed. Guess we will see how it lasts over time.

This is my first time purchasing a machine like this. It’s cold half of the year where I live so it’s an affordable way to get moving indoors if the gym isn’t your thing. The only thing I’m unsure of (in which I could be wrong) is just how much of a full overall workout i am getting since I mostly want to target my trunk area. I’m sure it targets everywhere but my legs feel so dead after using it there’s no way I could use it daily as an over all exercise. Still a good purchase !

This thing is junk, dont waste your money. Left foot pedal locked up in less than 5 minutes first use. No problem I went to return it, they dont provide a return shipping l label. I printed their label up and the address is china. Ups said it would cost me $700.00 to return. I guess I'm just out my $170.00 WTF

The instructions were poorly translated so that made them a little difficult to follow. Overall it's not bad, the movements are herky-jerky and if you bottom out it's a sudden stop which isn't great for the joints. It'll work for doing quick workouts, I do feel the burn on it but I don't see it being something I can do for long periods of time.

So far it works great! Waited longer than normal due to the pandemic. Contacted the seller and they were able to get FedEx to deliver. Easy to put together, did it with my 11 year old son, definitely a two person job.
