NiftyPlaza 1000 Pcs Extra Large 2" Safety Pins - Heavy Duty, Industrial Strength, Nickel Plated, Rust Resistant (1000 Safety Pins)

I need 2" pins for my craft projects and the stores I went to were sold out with the exceptions of 'multi - size' packets. So despite reading some bad reviews (which I always end up doing), I really needed the pins and ordered them. Well. They arrived quickly, they came in a strong plastic resealable bag (surprisingly easy to open and close), they are thick, strong, and pointy! I opened one and stuck it in a couple of pillows with soft and also thick materials. Afterwards I gently 'pricked' my finger...ouch. Pinned some couches, stack of sheets and the mattress and still...ouch. They work fine! I will buy again.

Good, large, strong, sharp just like they should be. Not flimsy or thin. What more can you expect? Very happy with this excellent heavy duty quality. Definitely worth it. Hard to find!

Old strong reliable safety pins

So, let me explain that I've bought safety pins for VERY thick fabrics, and tough maneuvering through said fabrics to set the pins correctly. I've bought from the other brands available and thus far Nifty Plaza provided me a reliable and durable pin that did not bend at the slightest push or pressure. 10/10 they get the job done and I cannot recoment them enough.

The quality seems pretty good. I know they are strong because I push them thru layers of fabric. My only complaint is that some of them don't have a very sharp point.

This was my 3rd attempt to order "Heavy Duty Safety Pins" I seem to have a very different idea of what is considered Heavy Duty. These pins are the best I have ordered. The description is fairly accurate.PROS:> The pins I received are exactly 2 inches in length, as shown in the picture.> They are fairly heavy-duty and hold medium-heavy, course upholstery material together.> They open to a full inch so you do not have to bend them open to push through the material.> The count was accurate (actually 106 were in my box).> They will bend, BUT it takes effort, they do not bend every time you tug on the material.CONS:> None that I would consider a serious issue.All in all, I am very pleased with the quality and accuracy of this order, and would definitely recommend it to others that have run into the trouble I had with so-called heavy-duty pins.

I mean it does work. They do hold things together. Held the crap out of those tags I had to attach to sell my daughters clothes, she out grew. Worked great.Not sure what else to say except, they Safety Pinned those tags into submission. Lol

These pins are absolute garbage. They bend sideways when going through single layer of fabric!!! NOT HEAVY DUTY or STAINLESS STEEL…just CHEAP bendable and easily broken CHEAP metal looking material😡😡😡

These safety pins were ordered for pinning quilts together before we quilt them. They will be used often .
