As the vinegar ages in the wood barrels for many years, the flavors of the wood work to enhance the qualities of the grape-based vinegar. Each of these I Legni Balsamics is rated "3 Leaf" on the leaf scale that ranges from 1 to 4, proudly bearing the 3 Leaf symbol on the neck of the bottle.
