This was our first 3,000 piece puzzle. We had a lot of fun putting it together. It was surprising to find that the photo on the box doesn't quite cover the whole puzzle, so you'll be on your own to figure out what's happening at the edges.We're not car buffs, or VW camper van buffs, so learning to look for the details that distinguished one van from another was part of the process for us. It also took a bit of looking to see that there were a few vans that appeared in multiple places in the puzzle with photos from different angles. We did not have any problems with pieces seeming to fit in the wrong place though there were a few places where the fit seemed a bit looser than expected.All in all, a great puzzle. The box arrived in pristine condition and all the pieces of the puzzle were included.

I am a Ravensburger Puzzle super fan. I have done about 10 of them now and have loved every one.This was my biggest challenge to date. I liked both the size and the subject matter (full disclosure, my family drove VW wagons for years, so fond memories there).In particular, the 'panel' nature of this puzzle made it move along very quickly for its size. Deep blues, oranges, and reds make the panels come together quickly. And for just another kicker, there are three main 'overlay' images that raise the difficulty substantially. One is a big purple VW logo (to the right in the picture), another is a Santa Monical Beach Club Logo (in the upper left), and the piece de resistance - the big dark green bus in the lower middle.All told, this puzzle was challenging, enjoyable, easy to pick and put down (though, good luck stopping once you start!). I would estimate that it took me 3 weeks and perhaps 50 hours overall to complete.

Once you get over the price shock of Ravensburger puzzles, you start to realize why they are premium. Pieces are solid, never any peeling, the click together very well, and just feel like a well made hefty puzzle piece. And although I wouldn't say they are glare free, their pieces definitely do not shine like other cheap puzzles. If you are looking for a puzzle that is 2000 piece or more, go with Ravensburger. It's worth it.

I wanted a challenging puzzle and that’s what I got. I was disappointed that a couple of the pieces were flimsy and one was completely broken in half. Also, the paper peels back rather easily.

Nice puzzle, a bit challenging. I wish we had a table big enough for it that we didn't need to use the floor...lol

I do puzzles all the time and Ravensburger is my gold standard. This is by far the hardest puzzle I have ever done. If you want an enjoyable challenge then do this puzzle.
