I love this pasta. It is light and simple and it cooks in a couple of minutes. Perfect for any sauce, but I love it for pasta aglio e olio! While it is a bit pricey compared to store bought pasta, it my opinion, well worth the money! Buon appetito!!

This is such tender, delicious, fresh-tasting pasta, I have been totally spoiled now. Because of the price I just eat less [another plus!] At eight bucks for half pound it really is quite pricey but worth it. Be careful it cooks faster than normal pasta. I think I'll go have some right now with just some butter and cheese!

Best pasta ever! Expensive but worth every dollar. Light sauces work best to bring out delicacy of flavor. Just ordered 6 boxes after receiving one as a gift. Now I’m passing a few on to friends.

When we opened the boxes there were bugs in them. I want to return 2 boxes

My sweetie, the chef of our family, has been dreaming of this extra thin pasta after we had it in Venice a few years ago. We even bought the cookbook but it's not the same without this pasta. I happened to come across it on Amazon and ordered a variety of this brand - the taste and texture is incomparable to anything else. We don't eat much pasta (for dietary reasons) so, when we do, it has to be worth it. ALL the Cipriani pastas we had were so good so I highly recommend them.Lea of SF

the product is great - but it comes broken (more than 1 occasion). this attributable to when they use (or don't use) bubble packaging to cushion jostling (2 packages came in larger box with room to slide around and break because they are fragile/thin - the product itself is first-rate and worth the price). so it's the shipping method.

Ina Garten recommended this pasta and it was not possible to locate it in the grocery stores. It tastes very much like fresh pasta. Cooks in only 2-3 minutes.it is, however; very expensive. $15.00 for a HALF pound. I use it only for special occasions.

These egg noodles are really good. They cook in 2 to 3 minutes which is a plus for time consumption and is simply perfect with just butter and parmesan added.Love these noodles.
