Very stylish
Not cheap but an excellent product & value for money. Any competent DIYer can install. I needed to cut in half - straightforward hacksaw job. Screws were too long so reduced in length - screwed into pre drilled holes so no problem. Rubber inlay (neoprene?) warmed slightly to facilitate fixing. Slight overhang left in case of shrinkage - can be trimmed later if required.

Nice and practicle.
No instructions if you screw the nose into floor then getting the rubber back is is difficult.

Easy to fit, looks smart.
As said in the title very easy to fit. Solid enough quality. Looks very smart. Used in a spot where it isnt going to be used that often so cannot comment on the tread much. Perfect for our usage.

Don't Use the Screws
The item itself is quite good. Does the job and looks smart but do not touch the included screws. Having cut to length I drilled pilot holes for the screws and spent a while looking for a screwdriver to fit the screw heads. Eventually found one and with the screw half way in it snapped in the hole. Note this was with a pilot hole in a floorboard. Hardly a difficult application. Struggled to get the remains of the screw out and used another screw.. This time the screw head started stripping so thought I would remove the screw while I still could - but I couldn't. This one broke as well level with the floorboard so could not be removed to use a new screw. Fortunately I bought two nosings so used the second but cut it to allow for different screw positions and using screws from my stock which were bulk buys from a well known screw supplier. I had no problems. The original was used on a different step with my screws, again with no problem. Decent quality wood screws with either standard Philips or Pozidrive heads are really cheap. Decent screws included with these nosings would hardly have affected the price so there is no excuse for supplying this rubbish.
