I recently had a bicep reattachment and a full rotator tear repair and my friend recommended I try this product to aid in faster healing. I was able to get moving in a couple weeks (my other rotator repair took months to get to where I could begin to use it. I am at 1 month and watching my weight restrictions but able to fully use my are without pain. Doctor is very pleased with my fast healing. Definitely sped up the healing process and changed my opinion of supplements like this.

I love this! I put it in my coffee every morning. It does have a slight taste but nothing too awful. It works best in a hot beverage. I don't notice the taste at all when I put it in my favorite tees. This collagen helped me keep a frozen shoulder from developing. It's great!

This seems to work. I have it on auto ship. Text is good, dissolves well and has no flavor. Not sure about pain relief, that’s why only 4 stars.

This product is simply exceptional -- it significantly reduced (indeed almost eliminated) hip and knee symptoms that I could not seem to shake off, even with physical therapy. It must be taken every single day in order to see results, which may take a few days to show up. I actually take less than the recommended dose, but it has helped tremendously. One thing I recommend is to add it to a warm beverage, such as coffee, because the heat helps it dissolve completely, whereas it does not dissolve as well in cold water and tends to clump. You will not notice any taste, at least I don't in my coffee. But otherwise it has been for me a game changer. I cannot guarantee you will experience the same results, as we are all different, but I personally can only recommend it.

Great product feel a difference

I’ve been grappling with elbow and forearm pain for months, so I decided to give this treatment a try. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem to be effective for me. I’ll give it 3 stars because it likely works for other people with different issues, so I can’t say it’s a terrible product.

Mixes well, no taste.

This product is fantastic. I started taking this last year while I suffering extreme hip pain. It really helped. I needed a complete hip replacement it didn't keep me from needing the new hip but it helped me manage the pain until surgery and I took to help recovery. I still take it but not every day.
