But any LS throttle body should work. We have an adapter for the three bolt throttle bodies. **Q: Is this Carb approved for use in Ca vehicles?** A: The manifold is 50-State Legal (CARB EO #D-279-9) **Q: Would the stock fuel rails and throttle body from a 2005 5.3 fit this lsxrt intake?** A: Yes, you can use the stock rails. You will need fuel rail kit 146030-kit to make them work. Also, if you have the three bolt throttle body, you will need an adapter plate 146029-kit. **Q: Will this fit on a lsx b8 6.2l?** A: If you have cathedral port cylinder heads, the intake should work.
