Large Reflective Orange Dog Collar: 1" Wide, Adjusts 18-28" - Made in USA.

My 3.8 lb chihuahua Jax and I ended up being Goldilocks of dog collars. Have a drawer full of “this one is too big, and this one is too hard.... ect. The collar that had fit the best ended up being a cat collar. No complaints until we went to visit my son and before we got out after the hour long drive, I attached his leash and to the grass we went but something else caught his eye and off he went, and kept going because I had forgotten that cat collars “break away”. I ordered this collar that evening and it’s working out great. Had to make it as small as it can possibly go but all the others that were supposed to fit his size slipped right over and off his head. One time had gotten a leg through and was stuck. Anyway, we are very happy with this collar in every way.

I bought this collar in 2018 and it’s now 2024. It’s been a darn good collar and still going strong. I highly recommend it. The reflective strip is still bright!

Purchased this collar for an outdoor dog. We have a wooded lot and have had some trouble with poachers shooting at night so I wanted to be sure that he could be seen and not mistaken for wildlife at night. This collar is sturdy and well made, thick and the reflective strip is effective. Plastic pieces are sturdy and have held up so far. When size is adjusted it holds the size and does not slip or get looser. My only comment is that the collar is not a true 28 inch. When opened up and laid out to measure yes, it is 28 inches. But that includes the part of the plastic buckle that inserts into the other half so the actual usable size is 27 inches. Not a problem for me but it might make a difference for someone with a larger necked dog.

Nice bright, visible color and reflective band. This is my 3rd collar, same brand, same color, same size. My dog is 4 yrs old, but is rather active. The collar stays nice until it gets pulled on alot and ages a bit just through regular wear/tear. The reflective band will crack when it gets to this point, but will remain reflective. Washing, scrubbing this collar will also return some of it's brightness.

Wish I had found this collar YEARS ago. You will be surprised just how much it glows when light hits it and it doesn't take a lot of light either. I thought the orange would be a deeper hunter's orange but it is actually a much lighter orange. But, that is all right ~ what matters the most is that the middle piece glows and brings attention that there is a big chocolate lab wearing that collar! Chili-Dog looks quite dapper in his new collar! The only thing I do not know is ... can it be laundered? I have always washed his collars after he gets a shower bath but I hesitate washing this one until I find out for sure as I do not want to ruin the reflective properties.

I don't know why this does not have more than a 3 star rating. It was SUPER cute and we have been using for almost 6 months for our 11 month old, 80 pound, Great Pyrenees puppy. Yes - some of the skull have rubbed off, but it's being roughed up by a dog, so that was to be expected, but the pretty hot pink color makes up for it, as well as the durability of it. It seems comfy enough for our pup, that she does not seem to mind it at all. I'd say for the price, this is a cute and great quality collar! I definitely highly recommend it! We also bought the harness, and it has yet to disappoint us!

Good collar. Blindingly bright orange that looks great on my shepherd mix. Reflective strip is very bright.This will be his second. My only complaint is that I wish the color of the color lasted longer. After a few months of daily wear, the orange is pretty faded out and that is one of my peeves, so he had to get a new one. The old one will be relegated to his "work" collar lol.I haven't had the issues with the reflective tape wearing off like other people. The reflective strip is worn in a place or two, but is mostly still intact, which is big for a collar that has been worn for months, in and out of the water and spent a significant amount of time in the Texas sun.

Lousy item... color changed and printing wore off FAST
