I have been using the chokbeauty skin perfector for the last few weeks. I have noticed a dramatic difference to my acne prone skin. My acne and acne scars are less visible and my skin feels glowing. I love that the skin perfector has several modes and have added the skin perfector into my everyday skin care regime. It’s quick and simple to use and comes with a charger to change it up. I also use the skin perfector with my face mask with helps my skin to absorb the ingredients more so i get the most out of my face mask and the device helps my skin to get the full benefits of the products I use. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try something new or to ad to there skin care routine.

I was sold when I read the words "radiofrequency anti-ageing micro-currents", oh and also "light therapy". Who wouldn't be intrigued to try out something like this for their skin?! I don't really understand the techy science bits but it sounds impressive so was very excited to try it out.The device itself is a good size, fitting perfectly in the palm of my hand. For anything like this I made sure to read the instructions carefully before using. They were very clear & also had some photo's alongside the instructions which isn't very necessary but still helpful.My first, very eagerly awaited, testing of the device was met with a little frustration. The device has a thermo infusion plate that you can place a cleansing pad onto and clamp down with a magnetic ring - the thermo frequency will amplify your cleansing regime. However I have recently started using washable cotton pads for makeup/toner and the magnetic ring would not fit around these.It seems it's made specifically for disposable cotton pads which is really disappointing. The pads I use are not too thick at all so I was really surprised to find out that it wouldn't clamp in place.So I wasn't able to proceed with that part.Next try was cleansing with the bristles by wetting my face and applying my cleanser over the bristles - you can choose the strength of vibration and then just work over your face in circular motions. After this my skin felt so clean and awake!! I definitely feel it gives a really deep clean which you are unable to achieve yourself.The next step - this is a full on facial routine using this device which I wouldn't do every day but it's so lovely to take time out a couple of time a week for some at home self care -so next step was to apply my serum and using the thermo plate you just glide it over your skin to about 2minutes for the serums/creams etc to fully absorb into your skin.My husband thinks these type of things are gimicky but I truly think this is making my clear brighter and definitely a deeper clean.It will take longer than a few weeks to see any difference in regards to fine lines etc but for now I am happy with the results. My skin is happy and fresh so what's not to love!My only gripe is the cotton pad issue so it's losing a star on the back of that!

This ionic skin perfector has had a lot of positive reviews, but I'm really not getting it. As far as I've experienced, it's fiddly to use, makes everything take longer, and doesn't actually do anything.Yes, it heats up, which feels quite nice on your face, but it doesn't do anything. Whether you affix a cleansing pad to the device, or use it by itself, it does not speed up or improve the absorption of face creams. It just makes it a bit harder to rub them in. Using hands is much quicker, more efficient, and provides a smoother finish.The bristle side barely vibrates even on the highest setting, and the bristles are much too thick and soft to cleanse pores or even exfoliate the skin a little bit. You're much better off using an old fashioned chemical exfoliator, or regular scrub, to remove oil and dead skin from your face.The LED light may help to kill bacteria (I know that certain frequencies of light can do this) but the effect is fairly minimal and it's probably easier to use a gentle face ointment such as benzoyl peroxide if you have a problem with spots.I honestly just don't get all the positive reviews, I don't get the high price, and I don't get the product full stop. It's just a small, slightly warm bit of plastic and metal which lights up and vibrates very minimally.

I love this little machine. I'm sure it gets more off my face than just make up pads on their own. The vibration and heat have made my face more glowing and it feels lovely. Definitely would recommend. Just a warning I bought some reusable cotton pads to save using cotton wool one. Unfortunately these dont fit but I still luv the machine

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. She says it quickly removes make up when you add your own cotton pads and they stick on great with the magnetic ring. The face cream (warming) function is great too. Would highly recommend even though it is a little pricey.

I absolutely love this device! All the features are fantastic and I’ve seen improvement in my skin in just weeks. My new favourite beauty tool! For the price point I’d say this is not only comparable but superior with more features than more expensive products.

Very good. My skin feels so soft and my dark spots are fading much faster then before.
