Figured I’d try a bottle to start my diet and kick the food addiction. Usually I fast but that always comes with issues. I went 12 days with nothing but water and these tabs. No headache, body ache, hunger. I felt great. Then started eating clean and the clean food taste delicious so there was never a reason to start junk food. Try it and kick your addiction to junk food. At least for the summer. Then you can fall off the wagon for the winter knowing you can fix it with these tabs. And it’s nice to know you don’t need food in case of an emergency with these tabs.

Great size. Loved the taste. Tried it out as a meal replacement due to the portability and flavor. No fire. It’s ready to go. Big white chewable tablets. They taste like vanilla shakes when you chew them up. Easy recommendation. Aftertaste like vanilla shake.

First off,I did NOT rate taste OR effectiveness as I did not open a bottle to try because,after all,they ARE for emergency use.. Second I gave only 4 stars for 2 reasons..1:EACH bottle is ONLY 1 flavor..It would be MUCH better for morale in a survival situation if the bottles contained a mix of flavors..2:SUGAR..While I suppose 12 grams of sugar per daily serving isn't too bad,in a survival situation I think they could cut that in half & still provide a decent taste,along with the benefits of reduced sugar intake..

Taste pretty good, just remember they are just a supplement until you can find other food sources

The surprise was the containers are smaller than I thought they would be.I am impressed with the updates of estimated time of arrival.Arrival time is accurate.

"Not a food replacement" DUH!!! It's says emergency food, doesn't say anything about replacing meals for long term. Read before you buy!! These are great for short term, that's about it. Good price for what you get.

Hopefully I never need to eat them. Opened one container and they taste great!
