The build quality of this product is extremely well but unfortunately this is not a USB 3.1 "Gen1" cable.Gen 1 and 2, cables support Alt DP and video transfer but this doesn't do that.I ordered this for my Lenovo M14 Type-C monitor and it didn't work with it, though on the box it does mention Type C 3.1 "Gen 1" cable.It could be really good for charging though.

I did not receive the product that's shown in the description. The box says it's a type C to type C 6ft cable but, the product inside is a type A to type C 3ft. Did not except this from Ausmo.

The charging speed is decent as expected, the cable quality was surprisingly good and it was sturdy(a bit too sturdy sometimes and you can't really bend it too much), I have been using it for over 4months and the quality hasn't degraded at all. Very satisfied with the product!

I purchased this from Amazon and it came today. The packing was good and the standard of the cable is also very good. Could not check the charging speed but, the data transfer is definitely good. I was really astonished to find that, if you register this product, you will get a 12 months warranty too.. Three cheers from me.

Albiet kind of on the expensive side, this cable is really well built and works with dash charging. The only caviat I have with it is it's slow data transfer rate @ 480mbps. It's 2020 and USB 3.1 gen 1 has got to be the standard all round. Especially when paying for premium cables. Othweise, I'm satisfied as it gets the job done. Will have to test and see how it holds up over the year.

Very good product. It takes 10 more minutes to charge my LG G6 than the original wire.However "AMX Type-C USB 3.1 Gen 1 to USB-A Cable 2M/6.6Ft" seems to be better purchase as it's less costly, lengthy, better data transfer speed and lifetime warranty.

A bit pricy but good purchase overall if you look at the product quality. I have not noted the charging time, but I didn't notice any delay. Will update the review if I'm able to perform a charging test with original vs this cable (which is a bit difficult with a macbook already loaded with lots of apps - which consume variable power at different times.

Looks like a better investment compared to the Amazon basics USB 3.0 type c to type c cable which we get for a similar price but for a 3ft version instead of the 6ft I got from Ausmo. Also we get a 1 year warranty from the company and a free warranty extension of 3 months which you can get on registering the product within 7 days of purchase (not delivery).
