Update :After posting a bad review for the defective and totally different brand batteries I received in my order, the seller contacted me through Amazon in an effort to make things right. They apologize for my trouble and asked what they can do to resolve my issues. I asked if I could get 2 new batteries like ones in the ad to replace the defective ones, so they agreed and within about a week I received 2 new batteries just like the ones advertised.It's nice to have a seller that is concerned about customer satisfaction, I really appreciate that.Also no one asked me to change my review or my star rating, but I'm upping my star rating from 1 to 4 because of excellent customer service.Previous review:When these arrived I noticed right away they were a different brand (see my picture), but I thought at least they are suppose to be the same size, they were not. When charging I can tell they changed way too fast, an indication they aren't as big as the label says, also they run down faster than other batteries I have that are smaller (4.0 to 6.0ah). After about 4 months one would only change a little while then start flashing red, didn't make any difference if you unplugged and plugged back in, it would still flash red till you used it. A couple of months later the 2nd one started doing the same thing as the first one.So in conclusion, I've owned these batteries 6 months and still using them, but they started going down hill 4 months in, wasn't as large as advertised to begin with and now only change up to about 1.5ah.

A manufacturing defect presented itself outside of the amazon return window (a cell failed because it was over-discharged due to a bad spot weld on the paralleled cell at that position in the string). I was using it with my B&D blower. This was the first time that I ran the battery pack on the tool until the tool shut off for low voltage. Then the pack refused to charge on my B&D charger. The product supposedly has a 3 year warranty. I followed the support link related to my order and filed a support form. Vanon replied that they cannot provide ANY support for a product purchased via Amazon (it was purchased from the Vanon store on Amazon). So apparently the product does NOT have ANY warranty outside of the Amazon return window. I WILL try to work thru Amazon to resolve this problem, but it is sad that Vanon advertises a warranty and then refuses to even discuss a claim. BTW - I did explain all this when I filed my form - to no avail.

These run by B&D outdoor tools longer than original batteries. The are rated higher and seem to deliver. Good value.

Like that you don't have to swap these out as often. Be careful not to overheat your trimmer with constant use. The 2.0 AH ones make take a break after a while.

Amazon does not have a product support, nor warranty option, except sending you to the Vanon site... if the seller does not provide warranty for a product purchased on Amazon, it should be stated somewhere in the product page.
