Commercial Grade Machine To Cancel Your Gym Membership!
Hi,I don't leave many reviews about products, but I'm sure that, as I was, you will be apprehensive about purchasing something this expensive online without having to put your hands on it first. Let me assure you that this seller, in particular, has incredible customer service, but more on that later. This product is heavy-duty, commercial grade. You may need a second person to hold the right support legs as you bolt the cross beam to the left support legs, but after that, you can do the entire thing yourself in less than five hours and less with two people. It has all the attachments with the same quality you would find in a gym. I can do all of the cable exercises I've ever needed, so there is no need to go out for more accessories. I can squat, shoulder press, bent over row, or any barbell compound exercise with smith machine support or a separate non-supported Olympic bar (not included). The support arms that are intended to catch the weight of a barbell if you gas out are super sturdy metal that will not bend. They are easy to adjust to whatever height you need. You also have pull-up bars and a dip attachment to cover bodyweight exercises.I had some issues with shipping (make sure you receive a big and a little box) outside of the seller's control, and they promptly responded to my complaint and settled the matter with a quick replacement. I had an issue with one of the cables, but since there is a one-year warranty on this equipment, they are replacing it.Truly happy with this equipment! Canceling the gym membership and getting swole!!

Great Smith Machine with stack weights.
I had been looking for an affordable Smith Machine for some time now. I particularly wanted one that had stack weights. I never even thought about searching on Amazon for one. This Atlas Strength Smith Machine was delivered much earlier than expected. It came well packed in a sturdy wooden crate and none of the pieces were damage.I am pretty handy with tools so it was fairly easy for me to assemble, though some of the instructions were confusing. It seems to be a very sturdy machine that fits very well in my exercise room. There is plenty of storage space for all of the included equipment and storage for my plate weights.

Great cable/Smith machine
Just what I always wanted. This thing is great in every way except one minor one. If it could go slightly lighter in weight it would be perfect. Those crossover rear delts get very difficult on lightest weight after punishing them.Great buy, I'd do it again. It looks fricken cool too.

We are glad we found this, we were looking for all in one workout equipment since while which can fit in our garage. It doesn’t take much of the space. The seller is really helpful had one issue while installation and he responded immediately.

Happy!
I've had this multi-function trainer for a couple of weeks now. It shipped from NY. to MT.. The weight stacks were in a wood box on top of the bigger wooden box. During shipping, the little box with the weight stack did break through to the components. There was no damage. For the money, you can do SO MUCH with this machine. Look up smith machine exercises. That alone is amazing! I bought it for the safety of the smith machine and the rack. I am so busy I can't take the time to go to the gym. I was limited on what F-Trainer I could buy due to ceiling height. I'm completely happy with this one. This morning I left my new little gym after working out and had to go back and acknowledge it by saying thank you :) I still have a lot of things I want to do to my gym to give it more of an upgraded gym feel. My house is small but when I saw this with the smith machine, cables and rack I bought it quickly and gave up my bedroom by moving my bed to where the guest bed was. Luckily I am fine with it there. Now I have a gym all of my own! I used to bodybuild but haven't for many years. I didn't like home gym equipment and hadn't looked into it for a long time. I've held onto Bowflex adjustable dumbells and a Bowflex adjustable bench for a long time. Those are getting a lot of use. I was getting into resistance bands recently due to shoulder pain. After realizing what people are doing with bands I was getting into it. That led me to find functional trainers on YouTube. I was so happy to see much more gym-quality machines and moved forward right away. I would have been going to a gym if I could have.A few cons:I wish the weight stack wasn't only in kg. Not that big of a deal, but I wish. Due to my ceiling slope, I had to move the barbell holder (what I use it for) to the other side, drilling new holes. I wish that option had already been there, but I fixed it. The one thing I miss the most is that the lat pull down can only come to the front of your body. It can't go behind your head due to the cable pulleys being so close in. It isn't a deal breaker though. I enjoy it coming to the front and all the other grips for lats as well. The way my property is set up I had to unpack the crate and haul the components by wheel barrel across my yard. I'm a 56-year-old female. Yes, life in general I kick #!%!. But I want you to know I put this together with no problem myself. I'm busy so I worked at it a few evenings. Like most things, I pace myself and get things done without stressing. The weight stack is about 440lbs combined. I put all of that in a wheel barrel and wheeled it a good distance to my front steps. It was like I was in a Strong Woman event :DListen to the review above about the cables (thank you!) before you make the only mistake I made of running the cables and having to take them back out. I'm adding a couple of pics.. The pic of the bolt. Take that bolt out then you will see the bracket is made to take the cable out of. Also notice where the other end of the cable attaches in my other photo. I had to look on YouTube to figure that out. Otherwise, I found it all pretty straightforward.Again. I'm very happy.Update: Still happy. The only update I have is the cables for cable cross-overs on the lightest weight is hard and not smooth. It seems the more weight the smoother it is. I have some upper body issues but I'm still strong. Instead, I use bands anchored to this machine for crossovers. I'm fine with it. The cables work great for everything else.

Life-Changing Home Gym Equipment for Busy Parents
This machine changed my life. For real, I don't want to be dramatic here.I was 305 lbs, and balancing life with a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old while trying to get to the gym was a nightmare. The time constraints of packing, travel, and early wake-ups just to get a workout in were overwhelming. Time is a currency we don't get back, and now, with this machine, I wake up and head down to my basement in just 30 seconds. My workouts are now 30-45 minutes instead of over an hour with all the dilly-dallying at the gym.The machine is incredibly sturdy and holds a lot of weight. I love that it's not counterbalanced, so each arm has to handle its own load. I can do a full-body workout every week with just this machine. Over the last few months, I've purchased more weights and a bench, which have been welcomed additions to this setup. The machine comes with so many extra accessories that there's really nothing you can't do to get a solid full-body workout. The pulley ratio of 2:1 is fantastic, providing a smooth and effective workout experience. As for assembly, I've never built anything like this before. I spent an hour just looking at the instructions to ensure I understood everything. I familiarized myself with the parts by sorting them. Initially, I put the frame on wrong and only noticed when I was trying to put the pulleys on, which meant I had to take 80% of it apart, including all the weights. This was my fault and quite disheartening, but it only took an hour to assemble it the second time. The pulley system wasn't hard to put together. I read reviews that made me a bit apprehensive, but it went together very well. You just have to take off the ends to fit them through, but it's super easy.I recommend having or borrowing two ratchets for this build as it will help tighten everything, make the build way faster, and be easier on your hands.Overall, I highly recommend this machine. It has transformed my workout routine and made it so much more efficient and accessible. Perfect for busy parents and anyone looking to save time without compromising on their fitness goals.

Needs better assembly instructions STAT
THIS IS AN UPDATE TO THE BELOW REVIEWI've owned this unit since July of 2023 and it is used 4-5 days a week. I LOVE it. I can't express how great it is. I have been a lifelong gym member (30 years) and using this gym has all but eliminated my need to travel to my gym. It was hard to put it together, and I stand by my earlier assessment that there is no way a 5'3", 117lb woman like me can put it together alone, but once it is assembled, it is phenomenal. My only wish is that the stack started at 10lbs, not 20.So, the unit is not yet put together, although I started to assemble it. Once it's done, I'm sure I will love it, but right now, I seriously regret buying it. The package came in two boxes; the smaller one had the two stacks (440lb) the other giant box, the rest of gear (~550lbs). You need tools (and patience) to open the wooden crates, but outside of that, I was impressed with the packaging. PRO-TIP: things wrapped with blue tape is left, and green tape is right. The manual doesn't tell you that, eventually you just figure it out. I believe that Atlas is a Canadian company but the parts are manufactured in China, which is just fine, except it would be amazing if the person who wrote the manual spoke English and maybe, just maybe, put something together in their life. Anything. Seriously. Please read "assembly step 1" (photo included), of the 9 (major) assembly steps. Atlas should really make a YouTube video showing how to assemble this, or make a MUCH better manual. I considered making one as I put it together, but even edited and sped up would be the length of War and Peace, plus I'm not doing Atlas' job for free. Also, the plastic covers don't fit for some reason. Like at all. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I sure won't find the answer from reading the manual. I'll post final pics once it's put together. And yeah, the guy who said he put it together by himself in six hours is either lying or works for Atlas, in which case he needs to come over and assemble mine. I'll pay him.UPDATE: It is finally assembled. Tips: to thread the cable, you must remove the little ball from the end of the cable first. To fix floating plates, you can adjust the tension by loosening the bolt going into the stack. On assembly 6, use the smaller the bolts for the weight handles. The manual doesn't tell you this, but that's how it goes together. The machine is marvelous; it's like being in the gym. I do love it, but man, it was quite something to put together. I've added a pic of the fully assembled beast.

Really great value, super well made and versatile
The media could not be loaded. I actually can't say enough about this awesome machine. It's really great value. You can do so many things with it and work every single muscle, and the Smith machine makes it really safe to do things like squats and bench press by yourself. I absolutely love the landmine attachment for the barbell to do squats. It's really durable and well made. As others have said, the instructions are a little bit difficult to follow, and the company should definitely invest some time and money in rewriting it. Funny that it's a Canadian company but the instructions definitely were written by a foreigner with English as a second language. Make sure you install it with those little washers facing out so that you can put the black rubber covers on after. I made the mistake of putting the washers the wrong way, and then I had to unscrew everything and redo it so I could get the black covers on.Definitely buy this machine. You won't regret it. Super great value and really durable high quality materials. Incredibly versatile. Canadian company too. When you install the landmine attachment, buy yourself a bigger washer to ENSURE it doesn't fall out when you're using it! This is a safety issue. I hope the company fixes this. The included washer is too small and it slips through the hole sometimes. I fell backwards and dropped the weights while doing heavy landmine squats... yikes.. But I easily fixed the problem myself by adding a bigger, wider washer, and now it's perfectly safe and absolutely awesome. Love it!!

Great quality product and excellent service from seller
First off, the product is excellent quality; definitely commercial grade. Second, the seller is top notch as well. I had issues with some items missing and they did not delay in having them expressly shipped to me. They were very accommodating and understanding. The only issue I had, was with the shipper themselves, “Day & Ross”. Absolutely terrible customer service. Product arrived 4 weeks later than its latest commitment date and their excuse was that their most appropriate truck had broken down. Most logical solution? Rent a truck or hire a third party shipper. But obviously I wasn’t value enough to them to make such a decision. Only after umpteen harassing phone calls did “Day & Ross” finally have a third party company deliver the item. This was after rejecting their suggestion that they could bring their own truck but, that I would be responsible for unloading the items individually myself (the entire crate is 1100lbs). Anyway, I’m getting carried away; long and short of it? Excellent product, excellent customer service from seller but absolutely terrible shipping service from “Day & Ross”.
