Used These to Conceive Two Children and for Years of Cycle Tracking Between Pregnancies
I originally purchased this kit at the end of January 2017 when my husband and I decided we were ready to start trying for our first baby. I had never tracked ovulation before, so these strips gave me a much better understanding of my cycle. Within the first week of February I could see my LH levels rising and learned that I ovulated on February 3rd. Having that information took so much of the guesswork out of trying to conceive. A few weeks later on the morning of February 22nd I took one of the included pregnancy tests and was greeted with a beautiful positive result. Our first child was born on October 31 2017. After she was born I still had strips left, so I continued using them to track my cycles as part of our natural family planning approach while we waited before trying for another baby. When we decided to start trying again in late 2018, I already understood my cycle much better because I had continued tracking. We missed my fertile window that first month of trying but the following cycle I identified my LH surge around December 2nd. On December 20th I had another positive pregnancy test using one of the included HCG strips. Our second child was born in September 2nd 2019. Even after having our second child, I continued using the remaining strips for cycle tracking. It’s now 2026 and looking back this kit ended up being one of the most useful purchases we made while growing our family. The reason these tests meant so much to us is because my husband has critically low free testosterone, and his endocrinologist was genuinely surprised that we conceived naturally twice. Being able to accurately identify my fertile window helped remove a lot of the stress and uncertainty from the process. I’ve been so happy with these strips that I’ve purchased them for two of my sisters and two close friends over the years when they told me they were ready to start trying to conceive. They’ve all had positive experiences and positive test results after using them to track their ovulation. The strips were easy to use, easy to compare from day to day, and gave me consistent results that matched what was happening with my cycle. The included pregnancy tests also detected both of my pregnancies early on, which made this combo kit an excellent value. Pros: Helped me accurately identify my fertile window. Included pregnancy tests detected both of my pregnancies early. Easy to use and simple to compare results from day to day. Excellent value. Useful not only for trying to conceive but also for long-term cycle tracking. Worked well enough that I confidently purchased them again for family and friends. Cons: Getting the most benefit requires testing consistently and learning your individual cycle. Reading results at the same time each day helps with consistency, so they require a little commitment.

Great product, TTC and success after one bout!
A quick Google search for ovulation predictor kit (OPK) and aside from the digital expensive ones, this one was highly rated. I even found some YouTube reviews and I thought, for $20ish bucks, why not? Been trying to get pregnant for 9 months now. For 8 months, we simply were just having sex. I tracked my cycle with Clue- great app. I simply tracked when my period came and when we had sex. There are other things you can track but I figured, I'm 29, Latina, I should have NO problem. My husband is Mexican...we are practically ancient in the Latin fertility world. All jokes aside, I was getting worried around 8 months that something was wrong. Went to my gyno and he basically said, keep doing what your doing... Maybe try an OPK...come back when you've been trying for a year (in about 4 months) and if you still haven't conceived-we can go from there. I really didn't like this whole "we'll go from there" bit. So I sought out OPKs and maybe some natural fertility boosting thing (Maca 2x daily for 2 cycles Femmenessence). Who knows. I consider myself healthy, I exercise, but my cycles were long and varied from 30-40 days, every month different. so it would make sense that an OPK could help me. So I bought this, it came promptly. Looks exactly like it does in the pictures. $20, can't lose right? So cycle day 10, I started the LH strips. Pee in a cup, dip the stick, count to 3ish, lay flat, wait 3ish mins, and see that pink line appear. I saw women were saving their pee sticks on a chart, and noting each day/date-like a science experiment. I dug it. I did it. Cycle day 15 was the first faint sign of the second positive line, oooo, that was exciting. Taped it down on my pee stick chart and made a mental note to get some intimate time with husband that night. Day 16, the 2nd line was brighter, more prominent. Day 17, faint, lighter than day 15, then day 16 just the one control line. And that was it. That was when I was ovulating. My Clue app had predicted my ovulation to be 3 days later. I guess these OPKs would have a leg up on a stupid phone app that doesn't actually know what hormone you are secreting that day. Go figure! Noted the tests in my Clue app, made sure to get some quality time with husband. Day 27 for S&Gs I took a pregnancy test using the HCG strips. You start to get good at peeing in a cup, get a clean sanitary technique down and everything and it was absolutely negative. Just one bright fuschia control line staring at me, and an empty abyss below. That instantly went in the trash, but I wish I kept it. So now it's cycle day 31 (long cycles, remember?) and my evenings have been cut short due to passing out on the couch, and my breasts have been increasingly getting tender. This typically means period time. So I took another HCG strip test this morning and booyah, two lines appear. One dark fuschia line, and one visible but not as dark, but not too faint that you question it's there, line. WHOA. Ok, I saved the pee, and dipped another test. Same thing. And another. Positive, positive, positive. Then I went to work. That was joke, highly unproductive day as i'm Googling possible due dates and signing up for all the mommy newsletter blogs, etc. lol So 8 hours later, I came home, took another strip test...and this time, the 2nd line was darker and JUST to the safe side, I went to the drug store and bought a fancy digital easy to read 2 pk pregnancy tests. Boom, positively pregnant. So because of this I wanted to share my story because, it was stories like these that gave me hope that a 50 pk of pee sticks can possibly accurately tell me when my egg was ready to play. The convenience of having 20 pregnancy sticks was super awesome as well. I took a total of 9 LH sticks and 5 HCG sticks. Not bad for a simply packaged, simple directions, and inexpensive product. I highly recommend this and hope that you too find the success that I found. Here's to about 8 more months!

My Experience and Mistakes with Ovulation Test Strips!
This really WORKS!!! I didnt succeed in the first month but found out I'm pregnant in the second month!! Would like to share my experience and what mistake I have made in the first month. One picture shows my ovulation schedule in second month and the other one is my pregnancy test results. I have a regular cycle of 30-31 days. For the first month, I started really early on CD 8 because I couldn't wait to start. It started with no line to a showing faded second line on CD 12 and CD 13. The line gets darker than the control line on CD14 and 15. I was too inpatient and started the intimacy with my husband on CD 13. I also used the Clearblue digital ovulation test. Even though it shows empty circle (no ovulation) on CD 13, I still went for the faded line. We didn't want to miss any chances and thought the higher the frequency, the higher the chance (twice a day for several days). We were wrong and did not get pregnant in the first month. So, we did some research and learned two things (1) instead of high frequency in a short period of time, it's better with consistency of once every 2-3 days before and after ovulation and once everyday on the two-day ovulation time. Even if you are way before ovulation, start the intimacy to get the dead sperm out. This way you will have fresh sperm on your ovulation. But, don't do it right before ovulation, or else your husband will not have time to produce new sperms. It takes some time to produce & DEVELEOP. Highly suggest to do some research on intimacy pattern and sperm production before using ovulation tests. (2) even though the line was showing in CD 12/13, it does not mean I will ovulating. In my case, it has to be darker than the control line and has to have the smile (ovulation result) on Clearblue digital test to be certain. In the second month (picture1) , I followed the instruction and started CD12 and doing it twice a day (morning & night) to ensure the most recent ovulation time. I was tricked again on CD 13 in the morning and thought I was ovluating, but then Clearblue ditigal test shows empty circle. I waited until the same day midnight and did both testing again. Finally, both are showing postive results. We did once everyday on CD13 and 14. Afterwards, we went back to regular pattern, once every 3 days. Just in case, because there might have risk that the testing was not accurate. This way we don't miss any chances. Then we just waited. On CD 25, I did the testing and it shows a very faded line (but not darker than control line). I threw away the first month's pregnancy tests because it was such a disappointment. So I used clear water on another testing for comparsion. I was so excited to compare and see there is truely a faded line. However, I was afraid to be tricked again with the test result so I did it again in the next morning on CD 26. Faded line again! so I quickly go out and get these fancy and what seems to be more accurate pragnancy test (picture 2). They both showing positive results!!! Im still thinking how to surprised my husband with this. Meanwhile, I just want to share with everyone about what mistakes we made to fail our first month and suggest to do research before using. Very satisfied with the product. It worths every penny. The Clearblue digital ovulation test is more expensive but you only need to use it when the test strips shows you are ovulating. Once it shows a smily face, no more digital testing is needed. I only used two for this month and four for the first month. A package of 10 should last you at least 3 months.

Be patient, these will detect your surge! Worked on the FIRST month!!
My husband and I had a change of plans this year due to Covid-19, we were holding off trying for a second baby. Our plan was to start trying after we got back from vacation or starting with my January 2021 cycle. At the end of June we decided to ultimately change our vacation plans, and we almost immediately started trying.. As I was about to enter my fertile window for that cycle. Our son turned 3 last week and after one cycle of actively trying to conceive on our own I decided to order these ovulation tests and take our TTC journey more seriously than I had when we tried for our son. As a newly married couple in 2016 we started TTC right away and thankfully it only took us 6 months to conceive. That was without any tracking, testing, temping, etc. So we likely were missing my fertile window/ovulation day more often than not. For our first it worked out just the way it was supposed to, but already I feel so much more in control this time around and I’m so thankful I found and purchased these tests. I have periods that range from 29 days-37 days in length, which can be frustrating because my cycles are often so different from month to month. My estimated fertile window could easily be off by a whole week, even if I base it off my average. The last three cycles have been 29 days so I’m hoping my body is regulating around that schedule and after one cycle of tracking with these OPKs I am a believer. Currently on 4 DPO so I won’t be taking a pregnancy test for another 8-10 days. I will update after I know if we conceived this first month or not, but regardless I am incredibly pleased with this pack of tests. I was out of town for 11 days in July and returned home the day after my period ended, fortunately that meant hubby and I were certainly in the mood to have sex almost daily. I started testing on CD9 once a day until around CD13 and then started testing twice a day morning/late afternoon and only kept one test for comparison until CD16. CD16 I was still testing “low” according to the app but I felt that my tests were beginning to get darker than they had previous days. So I tested 4 times that day and received two low tests and two high tests. Morning of CD17 I got my surge & peak test. I tested an additional 3 times that day, then on the morning of CD18 my tests we’re low again. I tested the following day to ensure my numbers had stayed low and they did! So I’m fairly certain I ovulated on CD18, if not CD19. The tests along with app were so helpful even though husband and I had no problem trying most days out of my cycle we did have two days in my fertile window that we didn’t have sex and without tracking that could have easily been my peak days. Thanks to the OPKs I didn’t sweat it. Last cycle we only had sex every other day, but as I said this month daily sex was what we were in the mood for so we did it. May adjust next cycle if we don’t conceive this time around and will definitely be using these again. Good luck to all you mamas TTC! UPDATE!! We did it! These tests worked for us on the first try and I can hardly believe it! Started testing 8dpo and received my first faint positive at 10dpo while on a camping getaway with husband! I tested twice daily and then tried a First Response & Clear Blue Digital this morning at 12dpo to see if those were also picking up the HCG and I got a clear positive and a “Pregnant” which is always refreshing to see! Compared to the still kind of faint line on the easy @ home tests, but none the less I’m happy the cheapies detected it as early as it did! We are over the moon happy for this baby!

The OPK's are GREAT! I ordered the 50 ovulation test strips and ...
The OPK's are GREAT! I ordered the 50 ovulation test strips and 20 HCG test strips 3 weeks ago at the beginning of my cycle and I'm now pregnant! This was my first cycle trying, but I went all out and bought the very expensive Clear Blue Advanced Fertility Monitor and these cheap OPK's picked up my LH surge a whole day before my expensive fertility monitor did! The big advantage is that you can test multiple times a day since they are so inexpensive and catch the LH surge right when it happens. I ovulated the day after my positive OPK, confirmed by temperature rise, so I may have missed my ovulation if I didn't have these strips. The lines progressed nicely the closer I got to ovulation, and I got very clear positives the day before and the day of ovulation, which went back to negative thereafter. NOW for the HPT's. I got a positive test with first morning urine on 9 days past ovulation with these test strips. That is very early with any test. HOWEVER, it was very hard to see and, when I took a First Response, Wal-Mart cheapie, and OSOM, the lines on those were quite clear and obvious. So I would not rely on these strips to pick up HCG if you're testing before your period is due. But, the description for these tests does say that, so I suppose you shouldn't expect them to be very sensitive. The description of these tests also shows an illustration of a pretty faint test line when the period is missed, and I have to say, that is what you should expect. I'm at 13 days past ovulation today and my period is due tomorrow, and, while the test line is certainly darker than it was 4 days ago, it's much, much lighter than the lines I get on other tests (First Response Early Result, OSOM, First Signal from Walmart $0.88 test), and also takes some patience as the line will not show up instantly like it does on the other tests. FINAL RECOMMENDATION: Buy these and the OSOM pregnancy tests that Amazon also sells. Buy these because they're cheap and the OPK's really are great. It's worth the price for the OPK's alone. I wouldn't buy this for the pregnancy tests, but again, it's cheap, so you won't feel guilty if you test frequently. Just don't expect to get a positive (or at least a very clear positive) very early like you would on other brands. If you don't mind waiting until your period is due, then these will work just fine, but if you're like me and not very patient, then buy the OSOM pregnancy tests. They are the BEST and, I think, the most sensitive urine pregnancy tests you can buy. They're cheaper than First Response (my second favorite) and they are either stark white negative, and obviously positive - and will be positive early on. After OSOM, I'd recommend First Response Early Result, and then First Signal - the super cheap ones from Wal-Mart. Those gave me a line just as dark as the First Response at 9 days past ovulation, but it took a couple of minutes to show up, whereas the First Response line came up quite quickly. Good luck!

A must-have for trying to conceive!
This product is unlike anything I expected. When I told my OB that my husband and I were trying with no luck, she recommended testing with ovulation predictors. I found this product and went with it because of the accompanying app. The app is FREE, and all helpful functions of it are free (despite the random reviews that say otherwise??). There is an option to upgrade for more “in depth” insights, but honestly I found the free version to be more than enough. It scans your tests so there is no need to keep them, creates charts for you which is helpful to show your doctor if there are ongoing concerns, and it adjusts your fertile window and ovulation day based on your ovulation tests. This feature alone gave me SO much insight to my body and it allowed me to feel what was going on in my body once I knew what was happening. You can even track symptoms, CM, moods, and temperature. I highly recommend also buying a BBT thermometer because it works in conjunction with the strips. Patterns in your temperature directly correlate to your ovulation. Make sure it’s a BBT thermometer, not a regular! The community tab in the app is SO helpful. You can post anonymously, ask questions, create polls, read others experiences, and follow along with those who are experiencing the same thing, and there are experts and doctors on there available to answer questions as well. I can’t believe how helpful and insightful the strips and app were to me. Some reviews say the strips are defective… but I’ve bought 2 boxes at very different times and they were both totally fine and read as they should. The fact they came with 10 pregnancy tests is also so helpful! Andddd the pregnancy tests actually read sooner than Clear blue, so I got a faint positive a day sooner than the big expensive brands. While I’m not rating this product on its ability to help me conceive, I did actually conceive my first cycle using these. And it’s neat because the app will now transition to a pregnancy app and be super helpful throughout my pregnancy. WORTH NOTING: I see a lot of Amazon reviews preaching “got pregnant first month!” which I did, but that is not the norm. There are manyyyy women on the app struggling and using it for months on end, possibly discovering underlying issues of pcos, endo, etc., and even they find use in the strips because they paint a clear picture of a woman’s cycle and it can be very helpful to OB’s for women who are trying with no luck to conceive. Also: these strips can be used just for those trying to NOT get pregnant without the need of contraception. After having these I will never go back on the birth control pill. It is just so much easier to pee on the stick and know which 3-5 days to avoid doing the deed if we do not wish to conceive that month. For the price point, they are worth their weight in gold! They are so helpful and I’ve recommended them to so many of my friends. Lastly: BUY THE LITTLE CUPS!! I purchased Dixie brand clear little 2oz 100 count cups I believe they were:.. makes peeing and dipping the sticks much easier! Hope this is helpful, please give them a try!!

Works great!
04/02/23 My husband and I will be trying for a baby in about 6 months, I recently removed my nexplanon because I wanted to go some months without any birth control and get my cycle back to normal. Because of my birth control my periods were very irregular. From the moment of typing this I have been off of my birth control for about 3 weeks, but since I was on my birth control for the past few years I haven't had my period in a month. Because I've been on birth control for so long I completely forgot how long my period usually last so I needed something to try to give me an idea when my next period will come. I started using this to test my ovulation and it was going by perfectly after a few days of ovulation I put my prediction in of when my period should have been the previous month and it added up great as my highest LH was on the CD 14, which is right on the spot as the 14th day is always the most fertile. Also on the 14th day when I measured my LH I knew that had to be my peak because before I took the test I was super horny, so when I saw that my LH was 2.9 I knew it was pretty accurate. Because of this I have a much better idea on when I'm going to get my next period. I will update this review when I actually get my period to see if the apps prediction on when my next period would be was correct and if it was that's even better! I definitely recommend getting these kind of sticks for your ovulation, ONLY. Yes I said ovulation only and here's why. I wouldn't recommend the pregnancy test. For pregnancy test that's something I don't think you should go cheap on as cheap pregnancy tests are never properly tested. Many of the negative comments on this product is about the pregnancy test giving you false or results, so I decided to test that and took one myself and for some reason it was positive. Which I knew was wrong because I had to take a pregnancy test before I took out my birth control and it was negative from the doctor, and anyone would common sense know it is almost impossible to get pregnant when you have nexplanon, along with that, my husband always use condoms and he won't stop using condoms until we actually start trying so I knew I wasn't pregnant. I decided to test even further and had my husband take it and it was positive for him and we both started laughingxD So either the pregnancy tests on this thing are extremely terrible or my husband's is the world's first pregnant man. So yeah I will definitely recommend to take these for your ovulation but if you're looking to get a pregnancy test I recommend you get the digital ones or just go somewhere and take a blood test because they're way more accurate then these small paper strips.

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND** Got pregnant with these my first cycle/month.
For the first time ever, I wrote a review for these ovulation tests. This is the first time using OPKs. It took my husband and I awhile to conceive our first baby. Bought an extra kit for next month if I didn't get pregnant... Little did I know it'd work the first month/cycle. TW-- I suffered multiple losses before conceiving our son. I decided to use OPKs to help with ttc baby #2. I figured it'd be easier to pinpoint my ovulation day and make it easier/faster to conceive baby #2. We didn't want to solely trust an app. I got this on CD 10. I started testing myself immediately. **BTW, Download Premom app to go along. It's foolproof. I was using a different tracking for my period/cycles that estimated my fertile window and ovulation days days ahead of my actual FW and ovulation day. Once I noticed I started to get "high" tests, I'd test a few times a day so I wouldn't miss my surge (for a lot of women, your LH surge can come on within hours of having "low" tests. I don't feel guilty using a few a day because they're dirt cheap compared to Clear Blue Digital OPKs). Anyway, it gave me an accurate fertile window and ovulation day. My husband and I were able to hit every day in my fertile window. Just using this for one cycle, I'm ecstatic to say I'm pregnant. According to my other app I had used to tracking my cycle /ttc, which they had 4-5 days ahead of my actual FW and ovulation day. That's a *huge* difference.... And I have very regular cycles. If you're hesitant, buy them and give it a try. They are so cheap, the Premom app makes it extremely easy to log my tests, read my tests, etc. But the Premom app is an absolute must with these. I'm so grateful I was able to conceive within one cycle. I'm embarrassed that I didn't do this sooner. Anyway, great product. I have leftover tests that I'll give to a friend. I bought this kit in case I didn't conceive the first month. I have almost a few kit left over that I'll definitely give to a friend that's reluctant about using OPKs. Also recommend using Soft Discs (also on Amazon). I'd put in after sex and go to sleep. I put pics of digital tests because I don't have pics of the strips. When I get pregnant, I'm the type to test on multiple tests/brands just in case. The test actually showed a vvvfl on 7 DPO night. The next night I tested again and saw a vvfl. I confirmed it with a First Response Early Results test. So it's safe to say that they're accurate, and I'm kinda shocked they were able to detect so early. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND** Thank you

Very clear results and great value
I’ve been tracking my cycle for several months and these tests have honestly made the process much less stressful. The ovulation strips are easy to read, the lines develop clearly, and I noticed they were sensitive enough to detect my LH surge earlier than some other brands I tried before. The pregnancy tests also gave very clear results without needing to guess or hold them under different lighting. I especially appreciated that the instructions were simple and that the packaging kept everything organized and hygienic. For anyone TTC (trying to conceive), having reliable tests at home really helps reduce anxiety and makes cycle tracking feel more manageable. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for affordable but trustworthy ovulation and pregnancy tests. I’ll continue using them for future cycles.
