Perfect for using in our downstairs loo to save having to pull a light cord or have it hanging. Easy fit and easy to adjust the light duration.

It took a while.
We had a motion sensor, but it failed, so I replaced it with this unit. It did take a fair bit of fiddling with the three potentiometers to get it to do what we wanted. However, after umpteen trips up a ladder with a screwdriver, it now turns on when we get near to the shower, and turns the fan on for a few minutes. Don't expect to just fit it, and it will just work, but after a bit of tweaking it certainly works well.

Motion detection is a bit random. Installed near the entrance to the room on a corner: sometimes it goes off through the closed door.
