Very pretty and detailed

I got these for my steam punk Jolyne Kujo cosplay. I expected less quality, so these were a great suprise! They're very well put together. They're metal, but not cheap. You can easily spray paint them another color if you want silver or anything else.My only complaint? That they both face the same way so I can only have them on one side of my face. I have a fix though: pop one butterfly off and get some hot glue. Then, arrange it how you like and glue it on. If you use a thin layer of glue it shouldn't show underneath easily unless someone really looked or you spray painted it after.I hope that helps someone! I know some people were disappointed by that.

Better for little girls

These are very cute in the hair, just the right size to be noticed but not substantial. You have to shape the wings a bit once you get them otherwise they come flat. The only con is that the clip is left handed...if you use your right hand to insert, the butterfly will be upside down.

For these when I was purchasing them I was looking for cheap butterfly clips that I could put on either side of my head for a look. But when I got them I realized the butterfly’s where both facing the same way on the clip, which means they can only go on one side of your head and not both, I still wanted to use them so I flipped one around a put it in kinda backwards on one side, but I should have noticed that before I purchased them. I’d say however they were worth the money I payed, considering they where pretty cheap.

I wore these for a golden age Hollywood glam style for an awards dinner. They were perfect! They are delicate and lovely. I got compliments all night!

I absolutely LOVE these little hair clips. They are pretty small, but that's exactly what I wanted. I can put them into my hair without having to clip to a huge amount of it. They are beautiful and tasteful. I will be wearing these on a cruise next month, and can't wait!

word to the wise, they are thin and flimsy. wings might bend or break. Don't expect them to last forever. They are pretty and hold well in hair.
