Powerful Toothbrush That Actually Improves My Brushing
I picked up the Oral B Genius X Limited to upgrade from a basic electric brush and it really does feel like a big step up. The brushing action is strong and you can feel it polishing your teeth in a way that a manual brush never did. My mouth feels smoother and cleaner after each use, especially along the gumline where I usually miss spots. The built in timer helps me stick to a full two minutes instead of rushing through. I also like the different cleaning modes and the pressure sensor. It is helpful to know when I am pressing too hard so I do not beat up my gums. The battery life has been very solid and the included travel case makes it easy to pack for trips without tossing a loose toothbrush in my bag. The whole unit feels premium and well built. If you want a high end electric toothbrush that can genuinely improve your routine, this one is a very strong choice.

I love it.
This thing gets your teeth clean! Let’s discuss price first. As of the time of this review it goes for $199.99. I got it on sale for $99.99 with a coupon for another $20.00 off. I have prime so I got free shipping and after tax it came to $86.19. To me this product is worth it at that price. Is it worth two hundred bucks? Not in my opinion given how many electric toothbrushes there are. Also, I am not comparing this model to any other, I just switched from an analog brush to this one because I asked my dental hygienist about electric toothbrushes and they recommended Oral B. It has different modes but I just use the standard mode. It claims to use AI. I’m sure it does but none of that AI stuff for me, I am in the early stages of becoming an old man and I like it. I don’t connect it to my phone either, just use it to brush. It would be fair for you to ask why buy such an expensive model if I have no intention of using the bells and whistles? Because I am a sucker for a good deal. Despite the old man creeping into me I am still somewhat undisciplined with my money but I am glad I bought this. It does a great job of cleaning, so good that when my teeth get a little dirty I crave using this to get that clean feeling again. Positive reinforcement. You still have to floss but this toothbrush makes no claim that it replaces flossing. It took about two weeks for me to get used to it but I didn’t find it uncomfortable at first, just different. It would have been nice for them to include replacement heads, especially at that price but they did not. You get one brush head in the box. Another thing to note is that this was made in Germany. Generally speaking German made products are of the highest quality. I have noticed some other reviewers say that this brush is not very durable. I’ve only been using mine for about two months but if others say their brush didn’t last very long you might want to take that into consideration. Oral B does offer a reasonable 2 year limited warranty to U.S. and Canadian residents. I like this electric toothbrush and I’ve spent money on far worse things. I am happy with this purchase.

Great for oral hygiene
Fantastic tooth brush, comes with a pressure sensor and a timer for that 2 minute brushing experience. Different speeds should also help handle sensitive areas as well. Didn't use the blutooth connection, because - why? The teeth feel very clean afterwards. Only regret? I bought the black one, no idea why: the base is white... oh well, I'll "survive"

A good toothbrush backed by easy to use app
I got this as a part of the Black Friday deal and the price couldn't be beat! So, I loved the fact that I was able to snag a really nice toothbrush at an incredible price! The pros first: 1. the toothbrush works really well. 2. the App was super easy to install and toothbrush connected flawlessly 3. the app shows a good amount of information visually so easy to interpret Cons: 1. while the app is good, the app needs to be on at the time of brushing to get all the info. If the toothbrush is used while the app isn't connected, the app doesn't get the data later. I don't think it is practical for the app to be active every time someone uses the brush. 2. If I don't place the toothbrush back on the charger after the use, it seems to stay on for a long time. And if it gets put back on the charger, it seems to start charging immediately. Wonder if keeping is charged constantly will be detrimental to the health of the battery(like is the case with many electronic devices that warn against charging all the time) I have only use the toothbrush for 4days now, so may have more to add later :)

Great design and very easy to use!
I’d been looking for a new electric toothbrush for a while, and I’m so glad I finally bought this one! I’m absolutely obsessed — my teeth feel so much cleaner and even look whiter. If you didn't know, electric brushes are less abrasive and work better in removing plaque than manual brushes. This brush offers optimal pressure control and 5 smart modes depending on your needs and what you're looking for! The noise level is very subtle, and the battery life will give you about 2 weeks of use! I really like that it is rechargeable, so I don't have to worry about replacing batteries. My mouth felt clean and refreshed with the electric toothbrush. The noise didn't bother me much. I would recommend this product as it does have a few modes to it, where you know if you are brushing too hard or not enough.

Oral B genius toothbrush
I had the oral b Sonicare. The oral B is definitely better. The head of the toothbrush rotate and massages the tooth where the other one just vibrated and it actually I could feel and see the difference because I floss after I brush my teeth and then I brush them again, but this is definitely a better item. Amazon gave me a great price. There’s different speeds on the handle and you just find the speed that’s right for you. I’ve used everyone of the speed and they’re great. I’d suggest to go with this the Genesis Oral-B because it’s worth every penny.

Does not include USB adapter to wall.
I lost the Sonicare I bought in 2020 due to a mishandled airline luggage incident in Feb 2023, and liked the toothbrush well enough to buy another. Unfortunately the newer model is not a good replacement. Comparing to the previous model, the new handle is an inch shorter, the diameter is slimmer, and it's much lighter. I'm assuming they switched to a smaller motor because this new toothbrush does not vibrate as hard. The battery is probably smaller too. This cost as much or maybe a few dollars more than I paid in 2020, so I guess shrinkflation strikes again. The charger does not have a standard wall outlet plug - instead it has a USB port "for waste/environmental reasons" but if you contact customer service they will send you a free charge brick. This is nonsensical - a brick is obviously going to be a lot more plastic waste than a wall plug. And most wall outlets don't come with a built-in USB port, so we're going to be needing those charge bricks. This model has (at least) three user-definable settings, and a tap switch for vibration intensity, all of which are pointless: If you tap the power button twice within two seconds it changes the vibration intensity from "barely going" to "still less power than the original Sonicare had". A third tap turns the toothbrush off completely. When turning the toothbrush back on, it "should" remain at the last-selected intensity. Two seconds is an excessive timeout for this already-useless option, and I can never be sure if the brush will be going full strength when I turn it back on. So I waste some time pressing the power button and trying to feel whether my toothbrush is vibrating hard enough. Does that sound silly? It is! Now for the user-defined settings, if the brush is set on the charge base and the power button is pressed after X number of seconds: There's an "EasyStart" mode which is the default, it gradually increases the vibration intensity over the course of 14 uses, "to help you get used to brushing with the Sonicare". If you have bought this toothbrush with the intention of sticking it in your mouth while it is vibrating, you're not going to be startled by the maximum intensity. Pointless. I think I have disabled it, but like I mentioned earlier, I never know what the vibration intensity is going to be when I turn this toothbrush on anyway. Brush head replacement reminder: only works if you use the special "BrushSync" brush heads compatible with this feature.. There should be no reason for anyone to turn this reminder off. Also, the sensors which estimate brush wear (number of uses, pressure used when brushing) are inside the handle and should be usable for any brush you stick on the handle, but are deliberately disabled unless you buy the more-expensive BrushSync heads. Pressure sensor: Again, no reason for anyone to turn this off. All it does is pulse the vibration if you're brushing too hard. Update: my luggage was found and returned (!!!!!), so I'll be returning this if I can, and maybe get a few more years out of my original Sonicare.
