Too Much Sugar
Not too hot, but certainly too sweet. Can't really taste the vegetable ingredients because the sugar overwhelms everything else. That's a shame -- attractively packaged, but disappointing taste.

This is a wonderful chowchow. It tastes as close to my Mother-in-laws recipe as any I've tried. We like it on turnip green, collards, and all kind of dried beans. DELICIOUS!
