I use it at work several times every weekday. It is just as advertised. So far I’ve thought of two improvements that can be made to the design. Firstly, make the cup / mug with a double wall so that users can hold it comfortably while it’s contents are hot. Secondly, make the glass thicker especially for the infuser. My infuser broke after a couple of months.
