I love the Hoop Fitness DVD it show you the right way to stand when you hula hoop. Plus, it a great workout. It has 4 Sequences in one DVD. There waist hooping,Cardio Sequence,toning and tightening, and Bonus Core Sequence. This is what I do to sweat and I love.
