My 10 yr old son has a microscope and needed a place to put the slides he makes. It's plastic, on the inside it has cork lining with numbers that corresponds to the lid of box so you can write down what slide is what. He really enjoys it. Packaged well, will buy again when he fills the first one.

I have no idea if this is an appropriate product for a professional lab, but for the home user it is a cost effective, promptly shipped, good solution for all of those slides you have been leaving out around the house.

Our teenage daughter is crazy for Math and Science. This was part of a request for her birthday gift. I will update this review once she has given me an opinion.

This is a nice plastic box to keep 100 slides in. Has a metal latch on the front. Works just fine.

This is a great little box and the price is reasonable too. I will definitely by more when I need it.

Arrived quickly. Spring in the closing clasp broke first time I opened the slide box. I use it with a rubber band around it to keep it closed.
