A: Yes they are totally digestible I have a 15lb miniature dachshund and he eats atleast one a day no problems for the little puppers.

A: THIS NOT!!!! Made in the USA. it is Made in outside of the US and shipped in bulk to the US, then put in pretty packages in the US and shipped from there.
