I'm so disappointed in this pair of cuticle scissors. I bought the exact same pair about 8 months ago and I use them to trim my baby's nails. We stared to use them for cutting other things so I decided to order a new pair for her nails. The new pair are not as good as the old. My biggest problem with them is the little connection point. On the first pair it was a nice smooth seam, on this pair it is like the end of a screw and it sticks up above the metal. I've attached pictures so you can see. The first pair are excellent except I've washed them a couple times and now they have a bit of rust on them so I don't want to use them on my baby. So unfortunately I'll have to use this pair with the jagged metal piece on it.

Not very sharp

These scissors do not move smoothly, which is vital when using then for what they are intended. They grind when you move them instead of moving freely.

Anything Denco is good! Always sharp, quality products.

These scissors were too weak in construction. Can't do toe nails.
