It’s extra firm, which is a bit too firm for me, but other buyers like this firmness. I Knew it was described as firm, but I was surprised about how hard it is. It looks like a good product for those who want a very firm one.

Can’t speak to the longevity of it as I just got it today, but it worked for the intended purpose, which for me was to stretch my upper back and chest. It is a little more firm than the one I use during my physical therapy appointments.

I liked this item because it was not your ordinary color and it truly helps after working out.
